[An Evening of Intrigue and Elegance: The Mafia Boss Themed Recognition, Oath taking and Acquaintance Party] - [2]
Every year, BukSU ISC students as well the faculty and staff eagerly anticipate the campus Recognition, Oath taking and Acquaintance party. A night of fun and connection that marks the beginning of a new academic year. The event infused a touch of mystique and sophistication called "Mafia Boss" theme. This unconventional choice set the stage for an unforgettable evening that blended intrigue, elegance, and a sense of timelessness.
The theme for the event was "Criminal Chicโ and โRich Extra Ordinary bosses which allowed students, faculty and staff to interpret the theme in various ways. Most embraced the opportunity to don classic black-and-white attire, with the gentlemen in sharp suits and fedoras, and the ladies in elegant gowns and faux fur stoles. The creative use of accessories, from suspenders and pocket watches to pearl necklaces and red lipstick, added a genuine touch of vintage glamour.
The Mafia Boss Themed Party was a resounding success, showcasing the creativity and innovation of the event. By embracing the unconventional theme, it did not only provided an unforgettable experience for the students as well asthe faculty and staff but also fostered a sense of camaraderie and nostalgia. This party was a testament to the power of themed events to transport us to different times and places, reminding us that sometimes, stepping outside the ordinary can lead to the most extraordinary experiences. As the night drew to a close, students left with memories of an evening filled with intrigue, elegance, and the magic of stepping into the world of mafia bosses and their timeless allure.
