IMUS CITY โ€“ Demonstrating their commitment to supporting education and community development, TTEC Company, formerly known as TeleTech, together with Capital One, recently visited Gen. Pantaleon Garcia Senior High School (GPGSHS) to donate educational supplies for teachers and students.

The outreach initiative aimed to help enhance the school's learning environment by providing resources that can support both teaching and learning. The donation reflects the organizations' shared advocacy of investing in education and empowering young learners to achieve their goals.

During the program, Mr. Paolo Pascual, Senior Manager of TTEC, inspired the students by highlighting the many opportunities that await them after completing their studies. He encouraged the learners to remain focused on their education, emphasizing that TTEC and its partners offer Senior High School students opportunities to participate in various projects that could eventually open doors to meaningful careers in the future.

Meanwhile, Ms. Tina Rotor of EOM Global Partner, Capital One, shared the company's mission of giving back to communities, particularly in the education sector. She explained that their organization actively supports various causes through donations, sponsorship programs, and environmental sustainability initiatives.

Addressing the students, Rotor encouraged them to uphold positive values and extend kindness to others. She emphasized the importance of community service and reminded the learners that simple acts of generosity and compassion can create a lasting impact on people's lives.

Adding to the inspirational messages, Mr. Ryan Poligratis, Operations Manager of the TTEC Foundation, shared his personal experiences as a former student. He candidly admitted that he was once stubborn and did not always appreciate the guidance of his teachers. However, he stressed that life eventually teaches valuable lessons and helps individuals realize the wisdom behind their teachers' advice.

"But life will teach you. What the teachers give to you will make sense," Poligratis said.

His message served as a reminder for students to value their teachers' guidance and to recognize the importance of education in shaping their future.

The event was also graced by the presence of Mrs. Ruby R. Foz, President of Parent-Teacher Association (PTA) Feferation of Imus City and former PTA President of GPGSHS. Also in attendance were representatives from the TTEC Foundation and Capital One, Grade 11 students, teaching and non-teaching personnel, and Ms. Yolly Padlan, the school's Guidance Counselor.

The GPGSHS community expressed its heartfelt gratitude for being selected as one of the beneficiaries of the outreach program. School officials, teachers, and students warmly welcomed the support extended by TTEC Foundation and Capital One, recognizing its positive impact on the school's educational programs and resources.

The successful activity highlighted the importance of partnerships between educational institutions and private organizations in fostering student development and community growth. Through initiatives such as this, TTEC Foundation and Capital One continue to make meaningful contributions toward improving educational opportunities and inspiring young people to pursue their dreams.

The GPGSHS community extends its sincere appreciation to TTEC Foundation, Capital One, the PTA Federation of Imus City, and all stakeholders who made the activity possible. Their generosity and dedication continue to make a significant difference in the lives of learners and educators alike.

๐ŸŸข
๐ŸŸขSumunod sa earthquake at fire drills: drop, cover, and hold kapag may lindol; mabilis na lumikas kapag may sunog.
๐ŸŸขHuwag mag-panic โ€“ manatiling kalmado at sundin ang g**o o safety officer.
๐ŸŸข
๐Ÿ”ตI-report agad sa g**o o security personnel kung may kahina-hinalang tao o sitwasyon.
๐Ÿ”ตMakinig sa official announcements mula sa paaralan o LGU.
Preventive Safety Habits:
๐ŸŸฃ
๐ŸŸฃ
๐ŸŸฃ
Kaya palaging maging handa at alisto, Imuseรฑo!

๐‘ด๐‘จ๐‘ฒ๐‘จ๐‘ป๐‘ฐ ๐‘ช๐‘ฐ๐‘ป๐’€ โ€” The Schools Division of Imus City spearheaded the 10th Conference of Researchers for Action and Transformative Endeavor (CReATE) on July 9โ€“10, 2026, at St. Giles Hotel, Makati, with OIC-Schools Division Superintendent Lito A. Palomar calling on schools to embrace research and data-driven decision-making in education.

In his keynote address, Palomar underscored the critical role of research in shaping education policies and improving learner outcomes.

โ€œInformed decisions are backed up by research and data,โ€ Palomar said, stressing that Division Education Development Plans (DEDPs) are created through data.

He encouraged participants to produce quality research that can impact teaching and learning, improve learner output and outcomes, and strengthen school operations.

Palomar emphasized that schools should be data-driven in managing operations, noting that research is not only an academic requirement but a practical tool for accountability and innovation in the education sector.

The two-day conference provided technical assistance and feedback to ensure high-quality, relevant, and credible research papers. Participants included division officials, supervisors, specialists, school heads, master teachers, and support staff, reflecting a whole-of-division commitment to research excellence.

The Schools Division of Imus City reaffirmed its dedication to fostering a culture of research and innovation. Palomarโ€™s call for data-driven schools highlighted the divisionโ€™s vision of empowering educators to make informed decisions that transform teaching and learning for the benefit of every learner.
