The Office of the Punong Barangay of Barangay Ilaya, Inabanga, Bohol hereby informs all business owners and operators, particularly the following:
β’ Sari-sari stores
β’ Computer shops
β’ Piso WiFi
β’ Food-related establishments
that securing a Barangay Business Clearance is MANDATORY.

DEADLINE:
All concerned business owners are required to comply on or before the LAST DAY OF JANUARY.
β Failure to secure the required Barangay Business Clearance on or before the deadline shall result in the TEMPORARY CLOSURE of the business until full compliance is met.
π Seminar Requirement:
All food handlers, including sari-sari store owners and staff, must have attended the Food Safety/Sanitation (AWS) Seminar conducted by the Municipality of Inabanga last November.
Proof of attendance is required upon application.
General Requirements: β’ Duly accomplished application form
β’ Proof of attendance to the Municipal Food Safety/Sanitation (AWS) Seminar (for sari-sari stores and food-related businesses)
β’ Payment of prescribed barangay fees
π Where: Barangay Hall, Barangay Ilaya
π Office Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM β 5:00 PM
