“Healthy food builds a healthy body. A healthy body nurtures a healthy mind. A healthy mind leads to a healthy life, and a healthy life leads us closer to a holy life.”

As shared by Fr. Samuel Lubrica during his homily.

This meaningful reminder teaches us that wellness is the foundation of every success. Wellness is the foundation, hard work is the journey, and achievement is the reward. Every milestone we reach reflects the dedication, perseverance, and resilience we choose each day. Success is not only measured by awards or accomplishments but also by the strength we build, the lessons we learn, and the healthy choices we make along the way.

As we celebrate this moment, may we always remember that taking care of ourselves is just as important as chasing our dreams. A healthy body gives us the strength to keep going, a healthy mind helps us overcome challenges with wisdom and confidence, and a healthy spirit keeps us grounded in faith and gratitude. Every step forward, no matter how small, brings us closer to becoming the person God calls us to be.

May we continue to prioritize our wellness, embrace every challenge with courage, and work tirelessly toward our dreams. Keep growing, keep believing, and keep striving, because your greatest achievements are still ahead. 🌱💚🏆

"Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters."
— Colossians 3:23

Inspired by Christ's example of servant leadership and guided by the Vincentian spirit, the Leadership Training became a meaningful journey of growth, learning, and transformation. Through every session, and shared experience, participants discovered that authentic leadership is rooted not in power, but in service, compassion, humility, and faith.

May this experience continue to inspire every participant to answer God's call to lead through service, uplift others with kindness, and become living witnesses of Christ's love wherever they go.

Congratulations to all our Vincentian student leaders! May the Lord continue to guide your hearts as you lead with faith, serve with humility, and inspire others through your actions.

"Called to Serve. Formed to Lead. Inspired by Christ." 💙
