10 August 2026 || Initao Fire Station Personnel headed by SFO4 Jessiel C Fabricante, Municipal Fire Marshal under the supervision of FSUPT ROEL G BACASNOT, Provincial Fire Marshal of Misamis Oriental with the guidance of 𝐅𝐒𝐒𝐔𝐏𝐓 𝐑𝐈𝐂𝐇𝐀𝐑𝐃 𝐕 𝐀𝐑𝐁𝐔𝐓𝐀𝐍𝐓𝐄, 𝐃𝐒𝐂, Acting Regional Director, BFP Region 10, conducted “Tensionless Anchor & Tensionless with Back up" for the weekly enhancement skill.

Initao Fire Station continues to enhance the technical skills and operational capabilities of its personnel through hands-on training in anchoring systems specifically in Tensionless Anchor and Tensionless with Back up.
This activity aims to strengthen proficiency in proper anchoring, rope management, and safe rescue operations and it is an essential skills that ensure the safety of both responders and victims during emergency situations.

BFP Initao Fire Station Personnel, headed by SFO4 Jessiel C Fabricante, Municipal Fire Marshal, under the supervision of FSSUPT RICHARD V ARBUTANTE, DSC, Acting Regional Director of BFP-10, and the Provincial Fire Marshal of Misamis Oriental, 𝐅𝐒𝐔𝐏𝐓 𝐑𝐎𝐄𝐋 𝐆 𝐁𝐀𝐂𝐀𝐒𝐍𝐎𝐓, executed the Victim Packaging Using Ropes for the Weekly Skill Enhancement Program.

This activity prepares the responders to perform efficient, safe, and professional rescue operations, ultimately increasing the victim's chances of survival and minimizing further injury during extrication and transport.
