𝗢𝗥𝗗𝗜𝗡𝗔𝗡𝗖𝗘 𝗡𝗢. 𝟬𝟭𝟭, 𝗦. 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟰 - Environmental Fee
There shall be a Tourism Environmental fee of Twenty (20) Pesos to be collected from all visiting tourists.
𝙀𝙭𝙚𝙢𝙥𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 (from Section 5 of the Ordinance)
a. All residents of Initao, provided that they can show proof of residency.
b. Children 6 years old and below
c. Gov't Officials/Personnel who are authorized by LGU-Initao to perform official functions.

𝙋𝙪𝙧𝙥𝙤𝙨𝙚: To fund sustainable programs of LGU-Initao for tourism promotion, environmental protection, conservation and management, peace and order and livelihood.

𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐥𝐚 𝐄𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐨𝐦𝐢𝐜 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐂𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞 (𝐌𝐄𝐂𝐎) 𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐬 𝐈𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐨!

The Municipality of Initao welcomed a delegation from the Manila Economic and Cultural Office (MECO) today, together with representatives from partner agencies, as part of the Overseas Job Fair for Taiwan.

Chosen as the first tourist destination in Misamis Oriental, the visit included a courtesy call at LGU Initao, where local officials extended their warm welcome and shared the municipality’s ongoing initiatives and community programs. The delegation also explored Initao–Libertad Protected Landscape and Seascape, experiencing firsthand its rich biodiversity and eco-tourism appeal.

This activity shows Initao’s ongoing commitment to showcasing its natural treasures and deepening meaningful engagements with visiting partners!
