Ipil Federation of Senior Citizens Association (IFSCA) Annual General Assembly 2026

On July 10, 2026, the Ipil Federation of Senior Citizens Association (IFSCA) successfully conducted its Annual General Assembly at Casa Mea Hotel & Restaurant, Poblacion, Ipil, Zamboanga Sibugay.

The program formally opened with the Opening Remarks delivered by Mr. Vicente B. Borja, IFSCA Vice President, followed by inspiring messages from Mr. Antonio B. Baculdao, IFSCA President; Ms. Judylen B. Espacio-Cepe, RSW, Municipal Social Welfare and Development Officer; Mr. Constantino T. Camacho, OSCA Head; and the representative of Hon. Alberto A. Alcoriza, Sangguniang Bayan Member and Committee Chair on Senior Citizens.

A special highlight of the assembly was the informative presentation of our distinguished guest speaker, Mrs. Maria Magdalena Y. Marcos, Regional Federated President for Region IX and National Federated President of Senior Citizens, who shared important updates on the Universal Social Pension Program and encouraged continued unity and active participation among senior citizens.

The assembly also featured:
✅ IFSCA Treasurer's Financial Report
✅ Updates on the Social Pension Program, R.A. 11982 (Expanded Centenarians Act), and other programs and services for the welfare of senior citizens in the Municipality of Ipil
✅ Open Forum to address issues, concerns, and recommendations from the members
✅ Presentation of IFSCA Plans and Activities for CY 2026–2027
✅ Distribution of Certificates of Recognition to the Barangay Senior Citizens Associations (BSCA)

The program concluded with the Closing Remarks delivered by Mr. Joel I. Cruz, IFSCA Public Information Officer (P.I.O.).

The IFSCA extends its sincere appreciation to all guests, officers, BSCA presidents, members, partners, and stakeholders whose presence and support contributed to the success of this meaningful gathering. Together, we remain committed to promoting the welfare, dignity, and well-being of every senior citizen in the Municipality of Ipil.

The Office of the Senior Citizens Affairs (OSCA) under the Municipal Social Welfare and Development Office (MSWDO) has remarkably implemented the 2nd and 3rd Quarter Social Pension for Indigent Senior Citizens (SPISC) Payout on July 2-4, 2026 in the 28 barangays.

The payout activities yielded positive results through the steadfast cooperation and commitment from the 102nd Infantry "IGSOON" Brigade Philippine Army and the Ipil Municipal Police Station in ensuring a safe and smooth ex*****on of the said endeavor.

The OSCA is also grateful for the constant collaboration with the Municipal Treasurer's Office(MTO) in demonstrating their dedication especially in carrying out home-based payout to bedridden elderly beneficiaries.

Most of all, the 3-day payout activities would not be a resounding success without the invaluable assistance from the barangays and BSCA Officers in ensuring a well-organized venue.

The OSCA through the headship of Mr. Constantino T. Camacho together with the ever-committed staff was deeply appreciative for the continued support from the LGU in upholding a transparent and efficient service delivery to the elderly sectors in the municipality.

Alang sa tanang beneficiaries nga wala nakakuha sa ilang Social Pension for Indigent Senior Citizens (SPISC) 2nd ug 3rd Quarter stipend atol sa payout nga gihimo niadtong Hulyo 2–4, 2026:

Palihog adto sa Municipal Social Welfare and Development Office (MSWDO), Taway, Ipil, Zamboanga Sibugay, aron makuha ang inyong claim stub ug makompleto ang gikinahanglan nga mga requirements.

Katapusang petsa: Hangtod Hulyo 10, 2026 lamang, sulod sa regular nga oras sa opisina.

Please be informed that the Social Pension for Indigent Senior Citizens (SPISC) payout will start tomorrow, July 2-4, 2026.

Kindly check the official payout schedule to know your assigned date, time, and venue. Please arrive on time and bring the necessary requirements for verification and claiming of your social pension.

We encourage everyone to follow the instructions of the payout personnel and observe proper order throughout the distribution.

👴👵 Kapin sa 3,324 ka indigent senior citizens ang makadawat sa ilang social pension niining payout.

Ang Office of the Senior Citizens Affairs (OSCA) – Municipality of Ipil nag-awhag sa tanang kuwalipikadong senior citizens nga nakaabot na sa ilang milestone age ubos sa Republic Act No. 11982 o Expanded Centenarians Act nga magpasa sa ilang aplikasyon sa OSCA Office.

Kung nakaabot na kamo sa bisan hain sa mga edad nga gihisgutan sa taas, mahimo na kamong mag-aplay aron makabenepisyo sa mga gihatag nga pribilehiyo ubos sa R.A. 11982.
