Ang Office of the Senior Citizens Affairs (OSCA) – Municipality of Ipil nag-awhag sa tanang kuwalipikadong senior citizens nga nakaabot na sa ilang milestone age ubos sa Republic Act No. 11982 o Expanded Centenarians Act nga magpasa sa ilang aplikasyon sa OSCA Office.

𝗥.𝗔. 𝟭𝟭𝟵𝟴𝟮 𝗖𝗔𝗦𝗛 𝗚𝗜𝗙𝗧 𝗗𝗜𝗦𝗧𝗥𝗜𝗕𝗨𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 | Hunyo 8, 2026

Malampuson nga gipahigayon karong adlawa ang Cash Gift Distribution ubos sa Republic Act No. 11982 (Expanded Centenarians Act) sa Model Senior Citizen Center, Poblacion, Ipil, Zamboanga Sibugay.

Mikabat sa (44) ka mga kwalipikadong benepisyaryo (Octogenarian, Nonagenarian & centenarian) ang nakadawat sa ilang cash gift. Gisugdan ang distribusyon alas 9:00 sa buntag pinaagi sa usa ka programa nga gitambongan sa mga benepisyaryo ug mga kaabag sa programa.

Ang programa giablihan pinaagi sa opening remarks ni OSCA Head Mr. Constantino T. Camacho, gisundan sa mensahe ni Municipal Social Welfare and Development Officer Ms. Judylen B. Espacio-Cepe, RSW, ug ni NCSC Regional Office IX Zamboanga Sibugay Program Focal Person Ms. Marianne Paculaba, nga nagpasiugda sa padayon nga suporta ug pag-atiman sa gobyerno alang sa atong mga senior citizens.

Lakip usab sa kalihokan ang paghatod sa cash gift ngadto sa usa (1) ka Centenarian nga nakaabot sa edad nga 100 anyos. Ang payout gihimo sa iyang pinuy-anan sa Barangay Don Andres uban sa pagtambong ni Municipal Mayor Hon. Ramses Troy D. Olegario. Gitunol ngadto sa atong pinalanggang centenarian ang kantidad nga ₱100,000.00 cash gift ug ang pormal nga mensahe ug liham gikan sa Presidente sa Republika sa Pilipinas, President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr., isip pagpasidungog sa iyang talagsaong pagkab-ot sa usa ka siglo nga kinabuhi.

Kini nga kalihokan usa ka pagpamatuod sa atong pag-ila ug pagpasalamat sa dakong kontribusyon sa atong mga tigulang sa komunidad ug sa pagsiguro nga ilang madawat ang mga benepisyong gitugot kanila ubos sa balaod.

Pahalipay sa tanang mga benepisyaryo ug espesyal nga pagtimbaya sa atong centenarian sa iyang ika-100 nga tuig sa kinabuhi!

📍 Ipil Federation of Senior Citizens Association (IFSCA) Regular Monthly Meeting

The Ipil Federation of Senior Citizens Association (IFSCA) successfully conducted its Regular Monthly Meeting today June 5, 2026 (Friday) at Casa Mea Hotel & Restaurant, Poblacion, Ipil, Zamboanga Sibugay, presided over by IFSCA President, Mr. Antonio B. Baculado.

The meeting was attended by the IFSCA Officers, Municipal Social Welfare and Development Officer (MSWDO) Ms. Judylen B. Espacio-Cepe,RSW, Office of the Senior Citizens Affairs (OSCA) Head Mr. Constantino T. Camacho and staff, the 28 Barangay Senior Citizen Association (BSCA) Presidents, and other distinguished guests and visitors.

The Federation was honored by the presence of representatives from the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Regional Office IX – Social Pension Program, namely Ms. Nelie Linguis, SPISC Grievance Officer, and Mr. Michael Angelo Glenn Lanipa, SPISC Project Development Officer I. They provided valuable updates and discussed the current implementation of the Social Pension for Indigent Senior Citizens (SPISC) Program, addressing concerns and strengthening coordination among stakeholders.

Key agenda discussed during the meeting included:

✅ Updates on the implementation of the Social Pension for Indigent Senior Citizens (SPISC) Program
✅ Updates and preparations for the scheduled Cash Gift Distribution under R.A. 11982
✅ Plans and activities for the upcoming 77th Araw ng Ipil Celebration
✅ Submission of Monthly Accomplishment Reports of the Barangay Senior Citizen Association (BSCA) Presidents
✅ Other matters concerning the welfare and development of senior citizens in the Municipality of Ipil

Likewise, Ms. Judylen B. Espacio-Cepe,RSW, Municipal Social Welfare and Development Officer, provided important updates regarding the implementation of the SPISC Program, the forthcoming R.A. 11982 (Expanded Centenarians Act) Cash Gift Distribution, and other significant programs and services aimed at promoting the welfare, protection, and well-being of senior citizens in the municipality.

The meeting served as an avenue for information sharing, coordination, and strengthening partnerships among senior citizen leaders, local government offices, and partner agencies in ensuring that programs and services effectively reach the elderly sector.

IFSCA extends its heartfelt gratitude to all participants, resource persons, and partner agencies for their unwavering support and commitment to the welfare of the senior citizens of Ipil.

📢 ANNOUNCEMENT

The Office of the Senior Citizens Affairs (OSCA), Municipality of Ipil, hereby announces that the attached list contains the qualified beneficiaries for the Cash Gift Distribution under Republic Act No. 11982.

All beneficiaries whose names appear on the attached list are requested to personally claim their cash gift on the following schedule:

Date: June 8, 2026 (Monday)
Time: 8:00 A.M.
Venue: Model Senior Citizen Center, Poblacion, Ipil, Zamboanga Sibugay

Beneficiaries are advised to bring their Senior Citizen ID and other valid identification documents for verification purposes.

For beneficiaries who are unable to personally claim their cash gift due to illness or other valid reasons, authorized representatives must present the required supporting documents in accordance with existing guidelines.

Please check the attached list carefully and ensure your attendance on the scheduled distribution date.

The Ipil Federation of Senior Citizens Association (IFSCA) held a meeting on May 12, 2026, at 1:00 o’clock in the afternoon at the Model Senior Citizen Center.

The meeting was attended by the MSWD Officer, OSCA Head, OSCA Staff, and officers of the Ipil Federation of Senior Citizens Association (IFSCA). The session was presided over by the IFSCA President, Mr. Antonio B. Baculado.

The agenda discussed by the MSWD Officer included:
• Updates on the Social Pension, particularly regarding the distribution of the 1st Quarter 2026 Social Pension Payout;
• Updates on R.A. 11982;
• Status of the 2026 OSCA Annual Budget; and
• Other matters concerning the welfare of senior citizens.

The meeting aimed to strengthen coordination and provide important updates to ensure continuous support and services for the senior citizens in the community.
