Representatives from the Commission on Audit (COA) visited three (3) landholdings located in Barangays Suclema, Lumbia, and Tomitom to conduct an audit of Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries (ARBs) who received e-titles under Project SPLIT. Also present were DARMO Ipil personnel led by MARPO Mary Gay C. Abuton, along with representatives from the DAR Zamboanga Sibugay LTI Division.

The Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR) Zamboanga Sibugay, led by PARPO II Mohammad Abdul Jabbar M. Pandapatan, DPA, through the Program Beneficiaries Development Division (PBDD) headed by CARPO Romulus M. Perez, MPA, MBA, together with MARPO of Ipil, Mary Gay C. Abuton, PARCOMM Chairman Datu Wilfredo L. Sanggayan, other DAR personnel, and Mr. Cesario Cielo, a National Gawad Agraryo Awardee, as the resource speaker, conducted an Agri-Extension Services cm Gender and Development and DAR-PCIC Agri-Insurance Caravan.
