The DAR Municipal Office of Ipil, led by MARPO Edgar Balbuena, together with SARPT Jeric R. Arandia and Altyssa Amor Bansiloy, conducted an ocular site inspection and investigation of two (2) landholdings covered by DAR-issued Certificates of Land Ownership Award (CLOAs) in connection with the applications for Land Transfer Clearance. The activity aims to verify the actual location and status of the landholdings in support of the proper evaluation and processing of the applications.

🌽🌱 Harvest Day at BURFAGA! 🌱🌽
On July 11, 2026, the Buluan Rubber Farmers and Gardening Association (BURFAGA) successfully harvested fresh and healthy produce from their community garden, including sweet corn, eggplant, cucumber, okra, and string beans.
This fruitful harvest reflects the dedication, hard work, and teamwork of our farmers in promoting sustainable agriculture and strengthening food security in the community.

The DAR Municipal Office of Ipil, headed by MARPO Edgar Balbuena, together with representatives from the Dar Zamboanga Sibugay Provincial Office and the DAR Central Office, conducted an ocular site inspection and investigation of five landholdings located in Barangay Tenan, Ipil. These landholdings are currently subject to applications for Land Use Conversion from agricultural to industrial use. The activity aimed to assess and validate the status, condition, and suitability of the properties in support of the conversion applications.
