Congratulations to Governor Ann K. Hofer for being recognized as the 2nd 𝐓𝐨𝐩 𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐠, 𝐌𝐨𝐬𝐭 𝐓𝐫𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐆𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐨𝐫𝐬 based on the 2026 1st Quarter nationwide independent “𝐓𝐨𝐩-𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐠, 𝐌𝐨𝐬𝐭 𝐓𝐫𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐆𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐨𝐫𝐬 "B𝐨𝐬𝐞𝐬 𝐧𝐠 𝐁𝐚𝐲𝐚𝐧” 𝐈𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐱 𝐨𝐟 𝐆𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 (𝐈𝐎𝐆) conducted by the RPMD Foundation Inc. (𝐑𝐏𝐌𝐃).

Governor Ann K. Hofer headed the second-ranked cluster with an IOG of 85.39%, supported by 85.31% trust and 85.47% performance. This achievement reflects the trust, confidence, and unwavering support of the people of Zamboanga Sibugay.
