Every road crash is more than just a numberโit is a life changed, a family affected, and a community that bears the loss. In recent years, Zamboanga Sibugay has experienced a concerning increase in road crash incidents, reminding us that road safety is a shared responsibility that requires action from everyone.
In response to this growing challenge, the Provincial Government of Zamboanga Sibugay under the leadership of Governor Ann K. Hofer, in partnership with the LTO Ipil District Office proudly launches the ๐
๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐โa proactive initiative that aims to develop knowledgeable, disciplined, and responsible drivers before they ever take the wheel.
This program provides 100% financial assistance for the medical examination and student permit fees, giving aspiring drivers the opportunity to begin their driving journey the right way. More importantly, it equips them with the knowledge of traffic laws, defensive driving, and responsible road behavior through the mandatory Theoretical Driving Course.
Road safety does not begin with a driver's licenseโit begins with education, discipline, and respect for life. Every trained and informed driver contributes to fewer crashes, safer families, and stronger communities.
