1. This contest is exclusive to bonafide residents of Barangay San Rafael, Iriga City.
2. The competition is open to youth participants aged 15โ30 years old.
3. Each participating group must consist of a minimum of five (5) and a maximum of Ten (10) dancers.
4. Cross-sitio or multi-sitio team composition is allowed, provided that all members are bonafide residents of Barangay San Rafael and meet the required age bracket.
5. The dance category shall be Open / Urban Modern / Streetdance / Hip-Hop.
6. Each group must prepare a dance performance with a minimum of 3 minutes and a maximum of 5 minutes, including entrance and exit.
7. A 1-point deduction shall be applied for every 30 seconds over or under the prescribed time limit.
8. Music, choreography, costumes, and overall performance must be appropriate for all ages. Profane language, vulgar movements, and inappropriate gestures are strictly prohibited.
9. The official music must be submitted via USB or email at least two (2) days before the competition.
10. Props are allowed, provided that they are safe, manageable, and will not cause unnecessary delay during the performance.
11. The use of open fire, dangerous objects, pyrotechnics, liquids, confetti, and other hazardous materials is strictly prohibited.
12. All participating groups must be present at the venue at least 30 minutes before the scheduled competition for attendance and other necessary preparations.
13. Each group is responsible for their own costumes, music, props, and other materials needed for their performance.
