The Rewards and Recognition Committee of the City Government of Iriga, headed by City Administrator Atty. Maharlika Ramon C. Oaferina II as its Chairperson convened last August 20, 2026 for the deliberation of 2026 Gawad Kawani.

The committee received numerous applications/nominations from July 9, 2026 to August 7, 2026 for the loyalty award, partners in service, and board passers. The documents were reviewed vis-à-vis the requirement of civil service laws and rules, and internal policy of the LGU.

Rewards and Recognition is one of the core human resource systems of the City Human Resource Management Office focused on recognizing dedicated and excellent service of the LGU workforce. Qualified applicants will be awarded during the LGU Night, happening on September 4, 2026.

To ensure a smooth, safe, and fun race day, please take note of our official schedule and final reminders:

5:00 AM: Assembly Time (CDRRM Covered Court, City Hall Grounds)

5:30 AM: Pre-Run Warm-up (Let's get those muscles ready!)

6:00 AM: EXACT Gun Start

Please come in your activewear and do not forget to pin your race bibs securely to the front of your shirts!

Don't have your bib yet? No worries! Just approach our friendly HR staff at the assembly/start area tomorrow morning, and we will get you sorted out before the warm-up.
