𝘼𝘾𝘾𝙊𝙈𝙋𝙇𝙄𝙎𝙃𝙈𝙀𝙉𝙏 𝙍𝙀𝙋𝙊𝙍𝙏

The Sangguniang Kabataan Council, together with some members of the Katipunan ng Kabataan of Barangay Apale, under the leadership of SK Chairperson Noelle Laurainne Y. Tanzo were actively preparing in making the karay-karay for the upcoming Fiesta / Araw ng Barangay on April 28–29, 2026 in honor of our patron saint, San Vicente Ferrer.

Embracing the spirit of bayanihan, the youth, alongside Hon. Princeton V. Yamas and Hon. Teotimo Capucao Jr. with the help of Mr. Alger Sagaldia were working hand in hand in installing the karay-karay on the highway leading to the chapel. This effort reflects unity, dedication, and deep love for the community.

More than a celebration, this event highlights the strength, cooperation, and active participation of the people of Barangay Apale, Isabel, Leyte.
