Significance of the 9th Isabela City Inter-Madrasah Musabaqah in Salaam Radio Pilipinas Interview
In an interview with Salaam Radio Pilipinas, Dr. Nujum Datu Indal shared meaningful insights into the recently concluded 9th Isabela City Inter-Madrasah Musabaqah, held last November 29–30, with the awarding ceremony held on December 6, 2025, at the Isabela City Gymnasium. A total of 94 winners from various participating madrasah institutions were recognized for their outstanding performances.
The event showcased six major categories—Adhan, Imlah, Quiz Bee, Hifzul Qur’an, Hadith, and Naseehat—each designed to enrich Islamic learning, strengthen cultural identity, and encourage academic and spiritual excellence among learners.
Dr. Datu Indal emphasized that the Musabaqah is more than just a competition; it is a platform for unity, solidarity, and peace within the community. By bringing together students, teachers, parents, and local leaders, the activity fosters mutual respect and strengthens the city’s commitment to inclusive education.
She also acknowledged the unwavering support of Mayor Djalia Turabin-Hataman, whose consistent commitment and leadership have been crucial to the success of the Musabaqah year after year. Her advocacy for youth development and community empowerment continues to inspire and uplift the Islamic education sector in Isabela City.
