𝙎𝙩𝙧𝙚𝙣𝙜𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙣𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙐𝙣𝙞𝙩𝙮, 𝘽𝙪𝙞𝙡𝙙𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝘽𝙚𝙩𝙩𝙚𝙧 𝙒𝙤𝙧𝙠𝙥𝙡𝙖𝙘𝙚!

The LGU Cabagan MHRMO personnel attended the 2-day training on Personnel Relations for Organizational Unity and Development (PROUD) conducted by the Civil Service Commission Regional Office 02 held on August 19-20, 2026 at Pulsar Complex, Alimanao, Peñablanca, Cagayan.

This was made possible through the support and leadership of the Municipal Mayor, Hon Mila A. Mamauag. It has been a meaningful and productive opportunity to have participated in the training fostering stronger workplace relationships, teamwork, and collaboration among employees.

Together, we continue to build a more united, harmonious, and service-driven organization—because a stronger team means better public service.

The Local Government Unit of Cabagan, through the leadership of the Committee on Anti-Red Tape (CART) Chairperson, 𝐇𝐨𝐧. 𝐌𝐢𝐥𝐚 𝐀. 𝐌𝐚𝐦𝐚𝐮𝐚𝐠, and the Secretariat through the MHRMO personnel, conducted an orientation and monitoring on ARTA compliances for the Barangay Local Government Units (BLGUs).

Together, we continue to build a culture of responsive, accountable, and citizen-centered public service.

The 𝐌𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐩𝐚𝐥 𝐇𝐮𝐦𝐚𝐧 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐜𝐞 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞 (𝐌𝐇𝐑𝐌𝐎) personnel conducted the ceremonial contract signing and onboarding of 𝙇𝙂𝙐 𝘾𝙖𝙗𝙖𝙜𝙖𝙣 𝙅𝙤𝙗 𝙊𝙧𝙙𝙚𝙧 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝘾𝙖𝙨𝙪𝙖𝙡 personnel for the Second Semester of 2026.

The program, initiated by Municipal Mayor 𝙃𝙤𝙣. 𝙈𝙞𝙡𝙖 𝘼𝙡𝙗𝙖𝙣𝙤 𝙈𝙖𝙢𝙖𝙪𝙖𝙜, gathered employees, department heads, and members of the Sangguniang Bayan. During the activity, the Mayor briefly interacted with several employees to learn more about their respective roles.
