Isabela de Basilan embraced cultural and religious diversity to strengthen family planning access, expanding services in remote island communities. The city worked closely with religious leaders and Indigenous communities to promote open conversations on reproductive health.

Now re-engaged under The Challenge Initiative - The Philippines (TCI) 20.30, the city continues its inclusive family planning approach.
