SPARK Day 6: Portfolios, Work Ethics & Client Relations ๐
June 2, 2026| Day 6 of the SPARK VA Training introduced HAPIsabida Employment Pathway Program (HEPP) beneficiaries to the essentials of building credibility and professionalism in the digital marketplace.
With the continuous guidance of Program Trainer Engr. Jed Inovejas, participants explored:
๐น Proper Portfolio Creation โ learning how to present skills and experiences in a way that reflects professionalism and attracts opportunities.
๐น Prospective Portfolio Development โ continuing the process of shaping portfolios that highlight growth and readiness for client work.
๐น Work Ethics & Dispute Management โ understanding the importance of integrity, accountability, and effective resolution in maintaining strong client relationships.
Day 6 emphasized that success as a Virtual Assistant is not only about showcasing skills, but also about building trust and practicing professionalism. By learning how to create portfolios and uphold strong work ethics, participants are beginning to see how credibility and character spark long-term opportunities in the digital industry. ๐
