LIBRE AT WALANG BAYAD ang profiling, registration, at validation ng mga benepisyaryo para sa anumang programa ng DOLE, PESO at Pamahalaang Bayan ng Isulan.

The Special Program for the Employment of Students (SPES) Orientation was successfully conducted for the 2nd Batch of SPES beneficiaries of the Municipality of Isulan, together with their parents and guardians who actively participated in this important activity.

The orientation aimed to provide the beneficiaries and their families with a deeper understanding of the program, including their roles, responsibilities, and the collaborative efforts of the Local Government Unit (LGU) and the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) in ensuring the successful implementation of SPES.

The activity was facilitated by Mr. Christopher Gamboa, DOLE Sultan Kudarat Field Office PESO Focal Person and SPES Focal Person, who shared valuable insights and important information to guide the student-beneficiaries throughout the program.

During her welcome message, PESO Manager Mot Mot M. Dianalen emphasized the vital roles of the SPES beneficiaries, the LGU, and DOLE in making the program meaningful and successful. She reminded the students to value this opportunity, embrace their responsibilities, and maximize the learning experiences that SPES provides.

Representing the Honorable Municipal Mayor Bai Rihan Mangudadatu Sakaluran, Vice Mayor Atty. Arnold Hernaez Armada, together with Municipal Councilors Hon. Carlo F. Apiado and Hon. Janice Joy Dollete, congratulated the beneficiaries for being chosen as recipients of this valuable program. They shared inspiring stories and highlighted the success of various DOLE-initiated programs that have positively impacted fellow Isulanons.

They also reiterated the commitment of the Municipal Government under the leadership of Mayor Bai Rihan Mangudadatu Sakaluran to ensure that no Batang Isulanon will be left behind, that every young Isulanon will continue to have access to programs and opportunities that support their growth, education, and future success.

𝙍𝙚𝙡𝙚𝙖𝙨𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙋𝙖𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙩 𝘼𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙫𝙞𝙩𝙮 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙆𝘼𝘿𝙄𝙒𝘼 𝙣𝙜 𝙋𝙖𝙣𝙜𝙪𝙡𝙤 𝙀𝙭𝙝𝙞𝙗𝙞𝙩𝙤𝙧𝙨 𝙪𝙣𝙙𝙚𝙧 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙏𝙐𝙋𝘼𝘿 𝙋𝙧𝙤𝙜𝙧𝙖𝙢 𝙎𝙪𝙘𝙘𝙚𝙨𝙨𝙛𝙪𝙡𝙡𝙮 𝘾𝙤𝙣𝙙𝙪𝙘𝙩𝙚𝙙!

As part of the celebration of the Araw ng Kalayaan Program held at the Sultan Kudarat Provincial Sports Complex last June 12, 2026, the Releasing and Payout Activity for the exhibitors of KADIWA ng Pangulo under the TUPAD Program was successfully conducted, providing much-needed support and assistance to local beneficiaries.

The activity was graced by the presence of Vice Mayor Atty. Arnold H. Armada, together with Municipal Councilors Hon. Carlo F. Apiado, Hon. Jayr G. Dizon, Hon. Darlene H. Lama and Hon. Janice Joy P. Dollete, who continue to show their unwavering support for the various programs and initiatives of the Municipality of Isulan under the leadership of our young and active Municipal Mayor, Hon. Bai Rihan Mangudadatu Sakaluran.

In her message, PESO Manager Mot Mot M. Dianalen expressed her heartfelt appreciation to the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) Sultan Kudarat Field Office for their continued support, cooperation and swift assistance in approving and facilitating the programs and proposals of the Municipality of Isulan. She emphasized that the Municipal Government remains committed to creating more opportunities and ensuring that every Isulanon receives the support and benefits they deserve, as it was promised by Mayor Bai Rihan Mangudadatu Sakaluran to the people of Isulan.

Meanwhile, DOLE Representative Vanessa Gay Ramo conveyed her gratitude to the Local Government Unit of Isulan for being an active and reliable partner in successfully implementing DOLE programs and bringing meaningful assistance closer to the community.

A total of 50 exhibitors benefited from this initiative, and both the LGU of Isulan and DOLE remain committed to strengthening their partnership and creating more opportunities for more beneficiaries in the future.

The smiles and gratitude of the beneficiaries serve as a testament to the positive impact of these programs in uplifting the lives of Isulanons.

Together, we continue to move forward toward a more progressive and empowered community.

A total of 270 student-beneficiaries have been given the opportunity to be part of this meaningful program, empowering young individuals to gain valuable work experience while continuing to pursue their dreams and aspirations.

The SPES beneficiaries officially joined the Monday Convocation and were warmly welcomed by our PESO Manager, Mot Mot M. Dianalen, together with the presence of our Municipal Councilors.

With grateful hearts, the students expressed their appreciation and heartfelt thanks to our young and dynamic Municipal Mayor, Hon. Bai Rihan Mangudadatu Sakaluran, for extending this opportunity and supporting the growth and development of the youth in our community.

Indeed, SPES continues to be a bridge toward learning, opportunity and a brighter future for our Isulanon students.
