norable Governor Sultan Pax S. The Isulan Capitol Club members started to play in covered court and this is the first Central Mindanao venue of the Philippines Association (PHILTA) Region XII. The visit of Coach Andy Maglipon and Coach AJ De Leon last October 22, 2013 was the PTA Isulan Satellite formally started with the official start of training 7 identify elite kids of Province of Sultan Kudarat, Region XII, following its establishment, more kids were asked to join in making a final line-up of Thirteen (13) players, of which Two (2) players came from Surallah, South Cotabato. In this connection PTA Isulan Satellite was created through the unending support of our Hon. Governor Suhartu T. Mangudadatu, Al.haj and former Governor Sultan Pax S. Mangudadatu, Al.haj with the assistance of Engr. Jeffry Barrometro, Provincial Sports Coordinator, Mark Philip Marivelles, Club President, Dr. Julian Galinato, Regional Vice President (RVP) Region XII and Coach Alexander Bernan, PTA Davao Satellite.
