Jaen Water District is a government-owned and controlled corporation (GOCC) established in 1987 by virtue of Sangguniang Bayan Resolution No. 17 of the Municipality of Jaen, Nueva Ecija and was confirmed through CCC Number 290 on June 5, 1987 by the Local Water Utilities Administration. In 1988, LWUA approved a P1.2 M mini-loan for the development of a piped-water supply system. Twenty seven years

later, Jaen Water District has seen remarkable developments in terms of overall viability and production efficiency. As of December 2015, the district operates 10 pumping stations 24/7 to cater to the demand of its 5,339 active service connections.

As of December 2017, the district operates 10 pumping stations 24/7 to cater to the demand of its 6,541 active service connections.
