On August 28, 2026 at about 8:00 PM onwards, personnel of Jagna Municipal Police Station conducted night mobile patrol operations under the leadership of 𝐏𝐂𝐏𝐓 πƒπ€π‘π˜ 𝐏𝐄𝐓𝐄𝐑 π€ππ“π‡πŽππ˜ π‚π„π‘πˆπ‹π‹πŽ 𝐀𝐏𝐔𝐑𝐀𝐃𝐀, π‚π‘π’πžπŸ 𝐨𝐟 𝐏𝐨π₯𝐒𝐜𝐞 (𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐒𝐜𝐞𝐫-𝐈𝐧-π‚π‘πšπ«π πž).

The activity aimed to enhance police visibility, strengthen public safety measures, and deter criminal activities within the municipality.

Through continuous patrol operations, the Jagna PNP remains committed to maintaining peace and order while ensuring the safety and security of the community.

On August 28, 2026, from 9:00 PM to 11:00 PM, Jagna MPS personnel led by 𝐏𝐂𝐏𝐓 πƒπ€π‘π˜ 𝐏𝐄𝐓𝐄𝐑 π€ππ“π‡πŽππ˜ π‚π„π‘πˆπ‹π‹πŽ 𝐀𝐏𝐔𝐑𝐀𝐃𝐀, π‚π‘π’πžπŸ 𝐨𝐟 𝐏𝐨π₯𝐒𝐜𝐞 (πŽπˆπ‚) conducted Strategic Checkpoint Operation particularly National Highway of Barangay Looc, Jagna, Bohol in line with violations of Municipal Ordinance for Traffic laws and regulations. Likewise, this operation aims for maintaining a safe and orderly community that secure and protect against lawless elements.

The primary purpose of the checkpoint was to seize illegal fi****ms and illegal drugs for ensuring a safe and secure of every Jagnaanon. PNP personnel were stationed to inspect vehicles, verify
documentation, and conduct random sobriety checks. Although no illegal fi****ms or illegal drugs were found, several vehicles with incomplete documentation were flagged, and citations were issued for minor violations.

The checkpoint successfully contributed to maintaining security in the community, and it is recommended that such operations continue maintain peace and order of the municipality.

The activity aimed to ensure public safety, maintain peace and order, deter possible criminal activities, and strengthen police presence in the community.

This initiative also highlights the continuous commitment of the Jagna PNP in promoting a safe, secure, and peaceful environment for the public.
