2025 Provincial Coop Month Highlights with the theme "Cooperatives United in Purpose and Action, Sharing Prosperity to Build a Better World". Held October 8, 2025 at Janiuay Astrodome.

The event commenced wih the Cooperative Pledge led by our Municipal Agriculturist Mr. Al Rey Adurante, symbolizing the community of all present to the cooperative movement. Mayor Paulino Parian warmly welcomed guests from various Cooperative offices across the province emphasizing the importance of collaboration in fostering community growth.

This year's cooperative month celebration highlighted the effectiveness of solidarity between Cooperative Offices and the Province of Iloilo, collectively working the welfare and prosperity of the entire community.

Ginpatigayon sang Municipal Agriculture Office sang Cuartero, Capiz ang ila benchmarking activity sa Barangay Mañacabac, Janiuay, Iloilo.

Sa pagpadayon sang Farmer Field School (FFS) sa Hybrid Rice Production, ang sining aktibidad nagatuyo nga maghatag sang mapuslanon nga kaalam kag mga maayo nga practice sa mga mangunguma parte sa produksyon sang palay. Ini nga aktibidad posible gid makabulig sa pagpalapad sang ila kahibalo, abilidad, kag mga pamaagi agud mapaayo kag mapasanyog ang ila ani kag kabug-usan nga produksiyon sa agrikultura.

Amun guid gina pasalamatan ang Opisina sang Municipal Agriculture sang Cuartero, Capiz nga gina pangunahan ni Ma'am Delma Condiza S. Catalan, OIC - Municipal Agriculturist, Ma'am Merelky R. Gallego, Agriculturist Technician/ MRIDP Municipal Coordinator, Sir Marcelino Nanoy Jr., Regional MRIDP Technician Staff, kag sa tanan nga staff sang MAO Cuartero, mga LFT's kag mga mapisan kag matutum nga mangunguma sang Cuartero. WHAT: To all the Backyard Hog Raisers in Janiuay the Office of the Municipal Agriculture will conduct a Biosecurity seminar on African Swine Fever (ASF). This seminar aims to provide information on:
• Understanding the causes, symptoms, and impact of African Swine Fever on hogs
• Effective biosecurity measures to prevent ASF
• Proper handling of ASF-affected animals
• Biosecurity protocols for movement and transportation of swine
• ASF testing and reporting procedures
• Practices for Farm Sanitation and Disinfection

WHEN: Every second tuesday of the Month,
(Next schedule of the seminar will be on September 9, 2025)

WHAT: ACCEPTANCE OF ADDITIONAL MEMBERS OF JANIUAY SMALL-SCALE SUGARCANE PLANTERS ASSOCIATION (JaSSPA)
