Blessed with a fine and sunny morning, the employees of Federico Roman Tirador Sr. Memorial District Hospital (FRTSMDH) gathered for the regular Monday Flag Ceremony, beginning the week with unity, patriotism, and a renewed commitment to public service.
The Panunumpa was led by Mr. Roland M. Lujan, Chief Nurse, reminding everyone of their oath to uphold integrity, professionalism, and dedication in serving the public.
The pleasant weather provided a refreshing start to the day as hospital personnel came together to reaffirm their commitment to delivering quality, compassionate, and patient-centered healthcare to the community.
Following the flag ceremony, employees enthusiastically participated in a lively Zumba session led by Janiuay Zumba Team as part of the hospital's Nutrition Month Celebration. The activity promoted the importance of regular physical activity, healthy living, and overall wellness among healthcare workers.
The Zumba activity reflects FRTSMDH's commitment to fostering a healthy workplace and encouraging employees to adopt active lifestyles—because healthy healthcare workers are better equipped to provide quality care to the people they serve.
As we continue the celebration of Nutrition Month, let us remember that good nutrition, regular exercise, and healthy habits are essential in building stronger individuals, healthier families, and a more productive community.
Together, let us continue to move, stay healthy, and serve with excellence!
