📣 𝗣𝗔𝗕𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗗 𝗦𝗔 𝗣𝗨𝗕𝗟𝗜𝗞𝗢 📣

Ipinagbibigay alam ng Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) na patuloy na dumarami ang nagiging katuwang nito na service providers sa buong bansa tulad ng ospital, dialysis centers, diagnostic clinics, pharmaceutical companies, medical devices/implants companies, at funeral parlors.

Sa kasalukuyan, mayroon ng 903 service providers ang pumirma ng Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) sa DSWD upang mas mapabilis ang probisyon ng iba't ibang tulong at serbisyo sa ilalim ng Assistance to Individuals in Crisis Situation (AICS) program.

Sa ilalim ng MOA, kikilalanin ng service providers ang guarantee letter (GL) mula sa DSWD na isusumite sa kanila ng mga kliyente.

Para sa karagdagang detalye tungkol sa pag-isyu ng GL, maaaring makipag-ugnayan sa pinakamalapit na DSWD Field Office sa inyong lugar.
