All Procuring Entities are reminded to submit their Final APP for CY 2026 (Non-CSE) and Updated APP for the 2nd Semester of CY 2025 (Non-CSE) within the day, January 31, 2026
๐ Legal basis:
Under Section 7.7.5 of the IRR of RA 12009, the approved Final APP shall be posted on the Procuring Entityโs website and submitted to the GPPB on or before the end of January of the budget year. This provision sets the statutory deadline.
