The Jones Local Civil Registry Office in coordination with DSWD-4Ps Program Municipal Link conducted a comprehensive assistance to 25 4Ps beneficiaries on August 4, 2026, at the LGU Day Care and Feeding Center.

A short Information Dissemination on Civil Registration and Vital Statistics was handled by MCR Andzela Pastor-Manuncia, addressing equally-important concerns of the attendees in civil registration to ensure their access to essential government and private services.

Ms Roselyn Raymundo Dela Cruz , LCRO/CTEC Staff also conducted a detailed session on dishwashing liquid, fabric conditioner, and detergent powder making as part of the LGU's strategy in helping 4ps families earn income and exit poverty.

The fruitful outcome of the Mobile Civil Registration Services and Outreach Program (Project Slippers) of LCRO Jones on July 29, 2026, is a strong manifestation of the active partnership with Barangay Lacab in the implementation of Civil Registration and Vital Statistics (BCRVS) System in the municipality. A total of 46 transactions were completed and 30 children from Day Care Center and Primary School were also distributed with snacks and slippers as one of the community-focused activities of this office.

LGU Jones-CTEC in partnership with TESDA Isabela Provincial Training Center officially opened the 35-day training in Dressmaking NC 2 of the 25 members of Bigkis-Diwa Cooperative and JIGLO-RIC, this morning,in Barangay Abulan.

This training is a result of the active collaboration of TESDA-IPTC, LGU Jones-CTEC and Barangay Abulan.

The training cost is sponsored by the TESDA-IPTC, the toolkits for the 25 beneficiaries,on the other hand,will be provided by LGU Jones-CTEC after the assessment period of the trainees.
