The 𝗦𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗴𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗞𝗮𝗯𝗮𝘁𝗮𝗮𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝗦𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗮 𝗥𝗼𝘀𝗮 𝗡𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗲 proudly announces its successful compliance with the 𝙈𝙤𝙣𝙞𝙩𝙤𝙧𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙀𝙫𝙖𝙡𝙪𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 (𝙈&𝙀) 𝙍𝙚𝙥𝙤𝙧𝙩 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙁𝙞𝙨𝙘𝙖𝙡 𝙔𝙚𝙖𝙧 2025.

Under the leadership of 𝙎𝙆 𝘾𝙝𝙖𝙞𝙧𝙢𝙖𝙣 𝙍𝙚𝙣𝙯 𝙍. 𝘼𝙡𝙗𝙤𝙧, the council has demonstrated its 𝙘𝙤𝙢𝙢𝙞𝙩𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝙩𝙤 𝙩𝙧𝙖𝙣𝙨𝙥𝙖𝙧𝙚𝙣𝙘𝙮, 𝙖𝙘𝙘𝙤𝙪𝙣𝙩𝙖𝙗𝙞𝙡𝙞𝙩𝙮, 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙚𝙛𝙛𝙚𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙫𝙚 𝙜𝙤𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙣𝙖𝙣𝙘𝙚 in serving the youth of the community.

For FY 2025, a total of 23 𝙋𝙧𝙤𝙜𝙧𝙖𝙢𝙨, 𝙋𝙧𝙤𝙟𝙚𝙘𝙩𝙨, 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝘼𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙫𝙞𝙩𝙞𝙚𝙨 (𝙋𝙋𝘼𝙨) were successfully implemented in alignment with the approved Annual Budget. In addition, the Sangguniang Kabataan 𝙚𝙣𝙖𝙘𝙩𝙚𝙙 43 𝙥𝙤𝙡𝙞𝙘𝙞𝙚𝙨 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙤𝙡𝙪𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙨, further strengthening youth development initiatives and community engagement.

This achievement reflects the collective effort, dedication, and passion of the SK officials in delivering responsive and impactful public service.

Through the leadership of SK Chairman Renz R. Albor, a significant milestone was achieved as sixty (60) active scholars under the Santa Rosa Norte Student Educational Assistance Program (SRN-SEAP) successfully received their allowances during the Katipunan ng Kabataan Assembly for the 1st Semester of CY 2026.

This initiative reflects the steadfast commitment of the Sangguniang Kabataan of Santa Rosa Norte in supporting the educational needs of the youth and ensuring that financial assistance reaches deserving beneficiaries. More than just monetary support, this symbolizes our continued investment in the dreams, aspirations, and future of every scholar.

𝗦𝗞 𝗦𝗔𝗡𝗧𝗔 𝗥𝗢𝗦𝗔 𝗡𝗢𝗥𝗧𝗘 | 𝗞𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗣𝗨𝗡𝗔𝗡 𝗡𝗚 𝗞𝗔𝗕𝗔𝗧𝗔𝗔𝗡 𝗔𝗦𝗦𝗘𝗠𝗕𝗟𝗬 2026 ✨

With pride and gratitude, we celebrate the successful conduct of the Katipunan ng Kabataan Assembly for the 1st Semester of Calendar Year 2026 of SK Santa Rosa Norte.

The program formally commenced with a warm and inspiring welcome from 𝗦𝗞 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗶𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗻 𝗥𝗲𝗻𝘇 𝗥. 𝗔𝗹𝗯𝗼𝗿, setting the tone for a meaningful and productive gathering. This was followed by the message of support from 𝗕𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗮𝘆 𝗞𝗮𝗴𝗮𝘄𝗮𝗱 𝗖𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗲 𝗟. 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗽𝗮𝗴𝗼, reaffirming the barangay’s commitment to youth empowerment and development.

A highlight of the assembly was the State of the SK Chairman Address, where key accomplishments, ongoing initiatives, and future plans of the Sangguniang Kabataan were presented. This was complemented by the comprehensive accomplishment reports delivered by 𝗦𝗞 𝗞𝗮𝗴𝗮𝘄𝗮𝗱 𝗢𝘄𝗲𝗻 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗰𝘆 𝗦. 𝗗𝗶𝗰𝗵𝗼𝘀𝗼 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗦𝗞 𝗞𝗮𝗴𝗮𝘄𝗮𝗱 𝗘𝗺𝗺𝗮 𝗠𝗮𝘆 𝗥. 𝗔𝗰𝘂𝗻𝗮, showcasing transparency, accountability, and dedication to public service.

Further strengthening youth participation, the assembly also featured the Orientation and Election of the re-established 𝗦𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗮 𝗥𝗼𝘀𝗮 𝗡𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗲 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗵 𝗧𝗮𝘀𝗸 𝗙𝗼𝗿𝗰𝗲 (𝗦𝗥𝗡-𝗬𝗧𝗙), marking a renewed commitment to active youth involvement in community programs and leadership.

In addition, a total of sixty (60) active scholars under the 𝗦𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗮 𝗥𝗼𝘀𝗮 𝗡𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗲 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺 (𝗦𝗥𝗡-𝗦𝗘𝗔𝗣) successfully received their allowances—another milestone in supporting the educational journey of our youth.

This successful assembly stands as a testament to the unity, cooperation, and shared vision of the youth and leaders of Santa Rosa Norte. Together, we continue to build a stronger, more empowered, and progressive community.
