WHAT: Joining the Christmas Job Fair Caravan Activity of PESO, Bacolod City, Negros Occidental and Pre Screening for AFPSAT
WHEN: 17-18 December 2023
WHERE: Main Atrium, SM City Bacolod City, Negros Occidental

QUALIFICATIONS:
OFFICERS CANDIDATE COURSE (OCC)
1) At least 20 years old but not a day older than 27 years old on the date of admission;
2) Baccalaureate degree holder;
3) Single and never been married; never borne or sired a child;
4) Natural Born Filipino citizen;
5) Height of not less than 5,0 ft (152.4 cm) both male and female but not more than 6’4 (193.04 cm);
6) Physically and mentally fit.
F. Enlisted Personnel can apply even without completing one (1) term.

FOR CANDIDATE SOLDIER COURSE (CSC)
A. 18 – 25 years old
B. 72 units in college or College Level
C. Senior High or K12 Graduate
D. Single WITHOUT Child and Never been married
E. Physically and mentally fit.
F. Height of not less than 5’0” ft (152.4cm) both male and female but not more than 6’4” ft (193.04cm);

REQUIRMENTS:
1. Any Valid ID (Police and NBI Clearance Accepted)
2. Diploma Or TOR
3. Birth Certificate

ARMY APPLICATION PROCESS

STEP 1: AFPSAT EXAM

1. Register
- Complete Your requirements:
*PSA/NSO
*VALID ID. any government id's
NBI,PHILHEALTH,TIN, DRIVERS,VOTERS at POSTAL ID
*2x2 I.D pic
*TOR ( DEGREE HOLDER )
*NC2 - kto12 graduate pwede din namang mawala pero kung meron ayos din naman pero kung ALS graduate ag highschool graduate need talaga ng NC2

2. Go to the nearest ARO, sir pwede poba walk in? pwede kasi under maintenance pa ang link

3. pass your requirements para mabigyan ka na ng schedule.

4. Mag hintay kung kailan yung schedule mo while waiting the schedule pleasee make an effort to review and review kung gusto mo talaga pumasa

- at pag katapos mag exam at pumasa ka ito ang next step.

Kung OCC ka may AQE or army qualifying exam at SWE or special written exam kapa
pero yung CSC PFT na agad

STEP 2. AQE & SWE

How to exam AQE & SWE
* kunin mo ang IRF mo ( INDIVIDUAL RESULT FORM )

bago mo makuha yan ipakita mo yung claim stub.

* then waiting again for Quota ng AQE And SWE by schedule kasi yan di yan anytime.

*AQE Coverage
similarities ( between 2 Objects ), Decoding meaning of ununsual words, General Knowlegde, and other 2 categories .

*SWE Coverage
after AQE the next step is SWE ( Special Written Exam ) or essay writting

take note: there was no time limit, but you needed to write legibly and non cursive. Most of the topics would be? of course about military. The Good thing, though, there was no right or wrong answer in the essay.

They Just wanted to check on your grammar, Sentence Constructions, Vocabulary and spelling. After that, There would be an Additional multiple choices questions Good for 80 items

- pabaitan ng sagot pasado na agad sa
essay😂 pero wag nyo naman imali mali ang spelling.

*After that exam pag pumasa ka PFT na how?
- Again waiting ng result ng AQE And SWE
kunin mo yung result isama mo IRF mo
- pag natapos mona yan waiting for quota again.

~ if may quota na punta ka sa mismong kampo kung saan nag offer ng PFT para makasali ka ganon din sa candidate soldier pupunta kayo sa mga division na nag ooffer ng physical Fitness test or PFT.

*STEP 3. PFT CATEGORIES
-Sit up
-push up
- Run 3.2 Kilometers

Magkaiba ang category ng babae sa lalake.

-AFTER PFT.

STEP 4. MEDICAL SCREENING.
-laboratory
-ecg
-Xray
-eent
-optha
-dental
-initial cardio

STEP 5. NUERO WRITTEN EXAM.
Ano ba ang Nuero Exam- Sinusuri ng Neuro-Psychiatric Examination ang mental stability, adaptability, at psychological functioning ng mga aplikante bago sila i-recruit sa serbisyo. Layunin ng pagsusulit na salain ang mga aplikante kung talagang angkop sila sa unipormadong serbisyo ng gobyerno.

- 240 tagalog multiple choices.
-300 English Multiple choices
-60 items Complete the sentence.

- negative (then explain why)
- 3 positive (then explain why)

STEP 6. INITIAL INTERVIEW
If satisfied sila sa sagot mo pabalikin ka for final.

STEP 7. FINAL INTERVIEW.
- payo ko lang wag kang kakabahan snappy lang dapat yung tanong is about your self lang naman eh. pero ito yung mga tanong lima lang naman ito yung mga possible questions.

1. bakit gusto mo maging sundalo?

2.Ano ang mayroon sayo na wala sa ibang aplikante?

3.Ano Ang maiaambag mo sa Philippine Army

4.Bakit kailangan ka naming ipasok sa philippine army?

5.bakit kapa papasok sa sundalo kung makakatulong ka naman sa bayan kahit sibilyan ka?

- kapag sa final interview na kayo maging consistent lang kayo sa sagot nyo wala namang maling sagot basta wag lang kayo papatalo sa kaba😊

- pag pumasa ka sa lahat ng yan prepare your requirements for Oath taking.

*Accomplished application form/resume with 2x2 id pic.
*Original copy od NSO/PSA (WITH ORIGINAL RECIEPT)
*Original Copy of NSO OF MARRIAGE CONTRACT OF YOUR PARENTS with official reciept
*Highschool diploma with dry seal original copy
*transcript or record (TOR) with dry seal original
*Vocational course/ college diploma with dry seal original copy

*AFPSAT result with dry seal if possible attach ipa attach nyo yung code number
* medical/physical result with dry seal original copy.
*PFT result (authenticated and signed by PFT officer)
* Drug test result
*HEPA TEST RESULT
*local clearance From the place of residence atleast 5 years. alin alin ba yon ito ang pwede
-baranggay
-police
-mayor
-RTC/MTC (Regional Trial Court and Municipal Trial Court clearance)
NBI

- Certification of legal beneficiaries (notarized)
-affidavit of being single (notarized) ako matagal ng single baka naman HAHAHA joke😂

-BIR AUTHENTICATION (TIN)

- Philhealth membership/ identification card parang yung identification card is yung national id ganon Ata di ko sure HAHA bawat taon kasi nag iiba iba ang mga patakaran sa AFP eh

-CENOMAR (nso certified) or must be current within 3 months before validition period.

Sa mga board passer jan na Advance ROTC Graduate na wala pang trabaho??

mag apply muna kayo ng commissionship.

Folder lang po ang submit.
Pag lumabas po ang serial number mo as 2LT, mag apply po kayo ng CADTT o Cadet Officer Tour of Training. Pag natanggap po kayo, 2 years po kayo sasahod as 2LT.

Pag natapos ang 2 years mo,pwede ka na mag apply sa Special Enlisment as Private in the regular force.
