Good evening Binicuilanon!

In celebration of inclusivity, equality, and the recognition of the rights of persons with disability (PWDs),
the City Government of Kabankalan through the City Civil Registry Office, in partnership with City Social
Welfare and Development and Persons with Disability Affairs Office, will conduct "Love Knows No
Disability": A Kasalan sa Kabankalan for Persons with Disability on July 20, 2026 09:00 AM at
Zaycoland Resorts & Hotel, Kabankalan City.

Interested couples may coordinate in our Barangay Office and submit a copy of birth certificates to
the City Civil Registry Office on or before the prescribed deadline.

Sa maga abot nga May 28, 2026 my ara kita Celebration sang aton Charter day, ang Aton isa sa Pagahiwaton ang Kasalan ng Bayan.

Sa may gusto magpalista kag mamangkot sang mga requirements kadto lang sa Barangay Hall.

In light of the current crisis that we are facing, the Barangay Binicuil Council has come together to make a difficult but necessary decision regarding this year’s fiesta celebration.

After careful deliberation, and through a majority vote of the Barangay Council, we regret to announce that some of the most anticipated activities will not take place this year, including the Basketball League, Tikwil Festival, and Hiyas ng Tikwil. We understand how much these events mean to everyone—bringing joy, unity, and tradition to our barangay—but at this time, prioritizing the welfare, safety and immediate needs of our people is more important.

Despite these cancellations, the council remains committed to the true spirit of the fiesta—service, compassion, and unity. Through the same majority decision, the council has agreed to organize meaningful activities that aim to support and uplift our fellow residents.

Instead of grand celebrations, we will be holding a Gugma Caravan–which we will be requesting from the City Government of Kabankalan, a Gift Giving, and Kasalan ng Bayan—initiatives that reflect love, generosity, and hope for our community. Through these efforts, we aim to extend compassion, assistance, and hope to every household in our barangay during this challenging time.

This may not be the fiesta we are used to, but it is a reminder that the heart of every celebration lies not in festivities, but in caring for one another.

We ask for your understanding, cooperation, and continued support.
