08 ๐ผ๐๐๐๐๐ 2026||The CPSU ROTC Unit successfully concluded a historic and momentous occasion, bringing together graduation, recognition, advancement, and the formal transition of command in one significant celebration of discipline, leadership, and service. The event commenced with the Opening Ceremony, featuring the Call to Attention, Entrance of Colors, Invocation, Philippine National Anthem, and Welcome Remarks.
โIt was followed by the Basic ROTC Cadets Graduation and Recognition A.Y. 2025โ2026, including the Presentation and Declaration of Graduates, Turn-Over of Graduates, Acceptance of Graduates into the Reserve Command Philippine Army, Reservist Oath, and Giving of Certificates to Basic and Advance ROTC participants. The ceremony proceeded with the Donning of Ranks, recognizing the dedication, accomplishments, and advancement of our Advance ROTC Officers.

โThe highlight of the occasion was the Turn-Over of Command, featuring the Privilege/Challenge Speech of the Outgoing Corps Commander, CDT COL ARNEL B. PALMA, 1CL, and the Acceptance Speech of the Incoming Corps Commander, CDT COL JOBEN M. MASIN, 1CL, followed by the Entrance of the Outgoing Class of A.Y. 2025โ2026, Turn-Over of Command to A.Y. 2026โ2027, and Introduction of Assistant Instructors.

โThe program concluded with the Awit Kawal, Pilipinas Kong Mahal, Announcement, and Photo Opportunity, before ending with a water-cannon salute, creating a memorable and symbolic finale to a historic day for the CPSU ROTC Unit. This event would not have been possible without the guidance, leadership, and unwavering support of our Assistant Commandant, 1๐๐ ๐๐ฟ๐๐๐๐ผ ๐ ๐๐ผ๐๐๐ฝ๐ผ๐๐๐ (๐๐๐) ๐๐ผ, and our Commandant ๐พ๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐ผ๐ ๐๐ผ๐๐ ๐ ๐๐ผ๐๐ผ๐๐๐๐ผ๐๐ผ๐ (๐๐๐) ๐๐ผ, . Their dedication and guidance have been instrumental in the continued growth and success of the Unit.

โThis is more than an event it is a piece of history written by those who served, led, and carried the responsibility of the CPSU ROTC Unit. As one chapter closes, another begins. The ranks may change, the command may be passed on, but the responsibility of leadership remains.
