The Kabugao Enhanced Educational Program (KEEP) aims to provide financial assistance to qualified students pursuing their education.

ELIGIBILITY
The program is open to Junior High School, Senior High School, and College students who did not receive educational assistance in June 2026.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS
Applicants must submit the following:
1. Certificate of Enrollment/Registration, Certificate of Grades, or Statement of Account (2 COPIES)
2. Barangay Certificate of Indigency or Certificate of Residency (2 COPIES)
3. 2ร—2 ID Picture
Important: All required documents may be submitted in original or photocopy, as applicable.

SUBMISSION THROUGH A REPRESENTATIVE
If the documents are submitted by a representative, an Authorization Letter from the applicant must be presented, together with the representative's valid identification.

Honored to serve as Guest of Honor and Speaker during the Linggo ng Kabataan Celebration of the Municipality of Kabugao, Apayao on August 31, alongside SK National Representative and Ex-Officio Commissioner Hon. Carol Julliane F. Dalipe.

The celebration became even more meaningful as we were presented with a Resolution formally adopting us as son and daughter of Kabugao, Apayaoโ€”an unexpected and deeply appreciated gesture that made our engagement with the youth and community even more memorable. Their powerful performance, impressive ex*****on, and creative presentation also earned them Best Choreography and Best in Props and Costume.โฃ

Meanwhile, Kabugao National High School (KNHS) proudly claimed the title of 1st Runner-Up and captured the hearts of the audience, earning the Crowd Favorite Award.โฃ

Completing the winnersโ€™ circle was Kabugao Agro-Industrial High School (KAIHS) as 2nd Runner-Up, bringing unstoppable energy to the competition and taking home the award for Most Energetic Team.โฃ
