1. Approving Resolution requesting the Department of Agriculture (DA) Regional Field Office (RFO) XII for the concreting of Farm to Market Road from Purok 1, Brgy Kapatagan, Sen. Ninoy Aquino, Sul. Kud. to Sitio Upper Limuhay Road, Brgy Limuhay, Sen. Ninoy Aquino, Sul. Kud. This was authored by Hon. Ryan Clark C. Buglosa

2. Approving Resolution requesting the Department of Agriculture (DA) Regional Field Office (RFO) XII for the concreting of Farm to Market Road from Purok 1, Brgy Kapatagan, Sen. Ninoy Aquino, Sul. Kud to Purok 5, Brgy Kapatagan, Sen. Ninoy Aquino, Sul. Kud. This was authored by Hon. Ryan Clark C. Buglosa

3. Approving Resolution strengthening the Stray Animals Ordinance and providing penalty thereof. This was authored by Hon. Ryan Clark C. Buglosa.

4. Final schedule for the submission of 2 resolutions to DA RFO XII which will be done this February 2026

5. Maintenance of Records of Appropriation and Obligation (RAO) and Statement of Appropriation, Obligation and Balances (SAOB).

8. Sulokape Festival and Foundation Anniversary Planning

9. Creation of Civil Society Organization (CSO) Committee for CSO Accreditation in the Barangay Level

All aforementioned agenda were approved unanimously and thoroughly discussed among the council. It was then adjourned at 4:00 in the afternoon.

Successful 34TH FOUNDATION ANNIVERSARY AND 11TH LECHON FESTIVAL 2025 Celebration ❤️🙏💪👏🎉🎊On behalf of the BLGU - Kapatagan Officials, we would like to Thank our fellow Purok Officials and Members, Sectoral Organizations, JUN - JUN Farmer's Association and to all our constituents for participating actively and for providing so much efforts in all our activities from Day 1 to 6 ❤️🙏 Our collaborative efforts drove this memorable event meaningfully. This milestone truly defines the essence of oneness and camaraderie towards each and everyone. Your help cannot be compensated by any means and thus, we are very grateful and appreciative for this.
