Grateful to Senator Loren Legarda for convening this important briefing on electrification and connectivity for Aklan and Antique. Through the collaboration of our national agencies, local governments, electric cooperatives, telecom providers, and the Aklan ICT Council, we are taking concrete steps toward more reliable power and better internet access for our communities.
