Bagong Pilipinas Barangay Scholars
Financial assistance amounting to One Hundred Thousand Pesos (PHP) 100,000) shall be provided to five (5) deserving and outstanding incoming fourth-year college students, who shall each receive Twenty Thousand Pesos (PHP 20,000) to help defray essential academic expenses.
βΆοΈ ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Incoming fourth-year college students for the SY 2026-2027;

From vulnerable households;
β
At risk of dropping out; and/or
β
From a family with no member who has completed tertiary education ( prioritized)
β
Residence of barangay concerned.
(Note: ang mga aplikante nga kasamtangang nakadawat na og scholarship o educational assistance gikan sa laing ahensya or organisasyon dili na mahimong kwalipikado sa Bagong Pilipinas Barangay Scholars)

Five (5) beneficiaries for each barangay will receive PhP 20,000 each, to serve as a "finisher fund" to ensure they graduate.

The assistance should not be divided among more than five students, as the intention is to provide substantial support to each selected scholar- beneficiary.
