Jesus said, “Don’t perform righteous deeds in order that people may see them! When you 𝐠𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐚𝐥𝐦𝐬 don't
blow a trumpet before you to win the praise of others. But when you give,
do it in secret. And your Father who sees in secret will repay you.

When you 𝐩𝐫𝐚𝐲, don’t be like the hypocrites, who love to stand and pray in the synagogues and on streets so that others may see them.

I say to you, they have received their reward. But when you pray, go to your room, and pray to your Father in secret. And your Father who sees in secret will repay you.

When you 𝐟𝐚𝐬𝐭, don’t look gloomy like the hypocrites. They neglect their appearance, so that they may appear fasting to others.

Jesus taught us to observe all our religious practices by heart to please God and win his favor, not by hypocrisy.

May we receive God’s favor as we begin today the 40-day observance of Lent or ‘kwaresma’.

IN PHOTOS | Construction of School Drainage gets under way on Tuesday, February 13, 2024

Great progress has been made to address the long-standing drainage problem of Tiburcia Elementary School through the collaboration between the Barangay Council of Tiburcia and
Local Government Unit headed by our Municipal Mayor Maria Theresa R. Timbol.

The initiative entails cleaning out clogged drains, fixing damaged areas and putting preventative measures in place to lessen future flooding caused by heavy rains through construction of school drainage.

As the project nears its completion, the School Head Gina P. Arrosas, expressed her gratitude to both the Barangay Council and LGU for their unwavering support, "We are immensely grateful for this collaborative effort to address our drainage. It demonstrates what can be achieved when different stakeholders come together for a common goal", she stated.

Similarly, students, teachers and parents are optimistic about the positive impact this project will have in the school's infrastructure and overall learning environment.

TIBURCIA ELEMENTARY SCHOOL ALUMNI!

Sa mga nagdaang araw, kami ay naging saksi sa ilang hindi inaasahang pangyayari at gawain na nagkaroon ng malaking epekto sa aming paghahanda para sa inaasam-asam na Alumni Homecoming. Upang tiyakin ang tagumpay at kaganapan ng nasabing pagtitipon, napagpasyahan naming magkaroon ng masusing pagsusuri at pag-aayos sa aming oras at mga plano.

Masaya naming ipinapaabot ang balitang ang bagong petsa para sa pagtitipon ay sa JANUARY 27, 2024. Ang bagong petsang ito ay mas makakatulong sa pagpaplano at pag-organisa ng isang mas matagumpay na pagtitipon para sa ating lahat.
