I𝗡 𝗣𝗛𝗢𝗧𝗢𝗦 || 𝗦𝗶𝗺𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗲𝗼𝘂𝘀 𝗖𝗵𝗲𝗰𝗸𝗽𝗼𝗶𝗻𝘁 / 𝗢𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗻 𝗕𝗮𝗸𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝗶𝘁𝗮

On September 2, 2026 at about 10:26AM, Kapalong MPS personnel led by PCPT DAHLIA E HERNANDEZ, Admin Officer conducted simultaneous Checkpoint, Oplan Bakal Sita, and implementation of R.A. 4136 along the National Highway at Purok 6, Barangay Maniki, Kapalong, Davao del Norte. All passing private and public vehicles were courteously flagged down and subjected to a visual search to detect any possible concealment of fi****ms and other contraband items. This activity was conducted in line with the implementation of RA 10591 and the campaign against terrorism. It also aimed to intensify anti-criminality efforts and ensure public safety and security within the AOR.

On September 1, 2026, at about 3:30 PM Kapalong MPS personnel led by PMAJ BRYLE F PATALINGHUG, COP actively joined the Local Government Unit (LGU) parade. The civic activity marked the continuation of the joint kick-off activities celebrating both the 126th Philippine Civil Service Anniversary and the 𝟯𝟮𝗻𝗱 𝗖𝗿𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗪𝗲𝗲𝗸.

The joint activity was spearheaded by Municipal Mayor Hon. Edgardo L. Timbol, alongside LGU department heads, public servants, and personnel from other participating national agencies. The event highlighted the shared commitment between the municipal government and the police force to promote integrity, accountability, and excellence in public governance while reinforcing proactive community through safety initiatives.

The joint celebration, emphasized that a safer community relies heavily on strong civil cooperation and transparent governance. Kapalong MPS reaffirmed its dedication to upholding peace and order through continuous partnership with stakeholders and to the community ensuring that crime prevention programs remain closely aligned with responsive public service for a safe Kapalong to live, work and do business.

On September 1, 2026, at about 7:40 AM Kapalong MPS personnel conducted simultaneous reading of the "Pagtataya ng Mamamayan sa Paghadlang sa Krimen" led by PEMS Mary Joy A Hapitan, MESPO as part of the kick-off activities for the 32nd Crime Prevention Week.

The activity followed by the symbolic Whistle-Blowing ceremony, symbolizing a strong, active call to action for vigilance, early crime warning, and community-wide cooperation in maintaining peace and order across the municipality. Further, reaffirming that crime prevention is a shared responsibility between the police and an empowered community. Held at Kapalong MPS, Brgy Maniki, Kapalong, Davao del Norte.

On September 1, 2026, at about 8:30 AM Kapalong MPS personnel led by PCPT DAHLIA E HERNANDEZ, Admin Officer conducted joint kick-off activity for the 126th Civil Service Anniversary and 𝟯𝟮𝗻𝗱 𝗖𝗿𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗪𝗲𝗲𝗸 through a Eucharistic Mass together with the SB members, LGU employees headed by Hon. Edgardo L. Timbol, Municipal Mayor.

Following the holy mass, Kapalong police and local public servants gathered for the ceremonial signing on the Lingkod Bayan Commitment Wall, symbolizing a unified dedication to honest, God-centered public service, transparent governance, and proactive community crime prevention. Held at Kapalong Gymnasium, Brgy Maniki, Kapalong, Davao del Norte.

On September 1, 2026, at about 10:00 PM Kapalong MPS patrollers PCpl Salvador Hiso III conducted internet visitation and inspection in relation to RA 9775 otherwise known as Anti-Child Po*******hy Act of 2009 and RA 9208 or the Anti-Trafficking in Persons Act of 2003, as amended by RA 10364 also known as the Expanded Anti-Trafficking in Persons Act of 2012 to Pre-empt any possible human/child Trafficking within the municipality.
