Attended the Public Hearing for the Ordinance Establishing a Revolving Agricultural Support Program for Farmers where we aim to establish a Return of Investment Mechanism through Farm Produce on Grants Extended by the Local Government Unit.

Promising Ordinance po ito to establish a better partnership with our farmers. Gusto po nating tanggalin ang konsepto ng "beneficiary" na kung saan nagbibigay lang ng ayuda o kagamitan ang gobyerno sa isang "beneficiary".

Ang gusto po natin mangyari ay magkaroon ng "partnership" ang LGU at ang mga farmers na kung saan magbibigay ng assistance ang LGU at may ibabalik na porsyento ng farm produce ang ating mga partner-farmers na gagamitin naman para ihatag sa iba pang partner-farmers.
