📣BAWAT BARANGAY MAKIKINABANG PROGRAM (BBMP) –PRESIDENTIAL SCHOLARSHIP 2026📣
ATTENTION ALL INCOMING 4TH YEAR / GRADUATING COLLEGE STUDENTS (PUBLIC AND PRIVATE SCHOOLS)!
The application period for the BBMP Presidential Scholarship Program is officially OPEN.
Qualified incoming 4th Year College Students for School Year 2026–2027 are encouraged to submit their applications and complete requirements within the prescribed period.
IMPORTANT REMINDER:
Only FIVE (5) scholarship slots are allocated per barangay based on national program guidelines.
Application Period: June 11, 2026 to June 20, 2026
QUALIFICATIONS:
✅ Must be an Incoming 4th Year / Graduating College Student for School Year 2026–2027
✅ Must be a bona fide resident of Barangay San Sebastian
✅ Must belong to a vulnerable or economically disadvantaged household
✅ Priority will be given to applicants whose parents or immediate family members have not completed tertiary (college) education
✅ Must NOT be a beneficiary of the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps)
✅ Must NOT be receiving any scholarship from the National Government, Local Government Unit (LGU), or any government agency
✅ Must have a General Weighted Average (GWA) of at least 85% during the last semester
✅ Must be of good moral character
✅ Must be willing to participate in barangay and community development activities
REQUIREMENTS:
• Certificate of Registration (COR) or Proof of Enrollment
• Copy of Grades
• Valid School ID
• Photocopy of Parent/Guardian’s Valid ID

To ensure fairness and equal opportunity for all qualified applicants, applications will be accepted until June 20, 2026. Should the number of qualified applicants exceed the allotted slots, a DRAW LOTS (BUNUTAN) will be conducted among all qualified applicants. Please note that only FIVE (5) students will ultimately be selected as scholarship beneficiaries in accordance with national guidelines.
