TO ALL INTERESTED TEACHER I APPLICANTS
of Buyasyas Elementary School is now accepting applications for Teacher I positions for School Year 2024-2025 starting February 23, 2024 onwards.
Teacher Applicants shall submit to the School Head a letter of intent addressed to:

ESHT-III/School Head
This should be supported by the following documents:
a. Letter of Intent
b. PDS (CSC Form 212 (revised 2017) with the latest 2x2 ID picture and work experience sheet
c. Certified copy of Ratings obtained in the Licensure Examination for Teachers' Board Examination
d. Certified copy of Transcript of Records and if available copy of Transcript of record of units earned in the post graduate course
e. Certified Copies of Service Records, contract, or duly signed service record, whichever is applicable performance rating and school clearance for those with teaching experience
f. Certified copies of Certificates of training on Curriculum and Instruction acquired in the last 5 years.
g. Voter's ID and or any proof of residency
h. NBI Clearance
i. Omnibus sworn Statement and Certification/ Waiver pursuant to Data Privacy Act
j. Other documents as maybe required / Means of verification (MOVs) for:
1. Outstanding accomplishments
2. Application of Education
3. Application of Learning and Development attended
All documents must be compiled in a legal sized folder, properly labeled, with table of contents and pagination.
Applicants shall submit their pertinent documents in triplicate ( 3 separate folders/portfolio -- with EARTABS) to the School Head's Office.
Original copies of the above documents shall be presented to the School Screening Committee to verify and certify as to completeness, veracity, accuracy and authenticity of documents.
