Yesterday, September 30, 2026, the Local Government Unit of Kayapa gathered at the 5th Floor, Abong ni iKayapa, Pampang, Kayapa, Nueva Vizcaya for a double celebration: the Culminating Activity of Civil Service Month and the LGU Sportsfest Awarding Ceremony.

The afternoon was filled with high energy, celebration, and gratitude as municipal employees were treated to a special “Free Concert” featuring guest artist “Mr. Aladin Bag-ayan”, who captivated the audience with impressive performances!

The event was graced by our dedicated leader, Municipal Mayor Elizabeth D. Balasya, MD, MPH, along with the esteemed Sangguniang Bayan Members, who showed full support in recognizing the hard work, athletic talent, and public service dedication of everyone involved.

As we wrap up this year’s Civil Service Month, LGU Kayapa reaffirms its commitment to excellence in public service guided by the 2026 PCSA theme: "Bawat Kawani, Lingkod Bayani: Puso, Dangal, at Galing Para sa Bayan".

- Basic Troubleshooting, Automotive Repair And Maintenance Training-

As part of the Civil Service Month Celebration 2026, the Local Government Unit of Kayapa, through the Human Resource Management Office (HRMO), conducted the Two-Day Basic Troubleshooting, Automotive Repair And Maintenance Training for the Drivers and Heavy Equipment Operators (HEO) of the Local Government Unit of Kayapa on September 28–29, 2026.

The training was conducted at the 4th Floor, Abong ni iKayapa, Pampang, Kayapa, Nueva Vizcaya, and at the Motorpool, Castillo Village, Kayapa, Nueva Vizcaya.

The activity provided participants with practical knowledge and hands-on skills in basic troubleshooting, automotive repair, and preventive maintenance, aimed at enhancing their technical capabilities and promoting the safe, efficient, and proper operation and maintenance of government vehicles and heavy equipment.

The training also served as an avenue for continuous learning and professional development, reinforcing the commitment of LGU Kayapa employees to responsive, efficient, and quality public service.

Anchored on the 2026 Philippine Civil Service Anniversary (PCSA) theme:

As part of the Civil Service Month Celebration 2026, the Human Resource Management Office (HRMO) of LGU Kayapa initiated the conduct of a Basic Computer Literacy Training for selected employees of the Local Government Unit of Kayapa, held on September 16–17, 2026, at the Evacuation Center, Tubongan, Kayapa, Nueva Vizcaya.

The training was facilitated by TESDA–Nueva Vizcaya, providing participants with essential digital skills to enhance their workplace competencies and productivity.

The activity supports the PCSA 2026 theme: “Bawat Kawani, Lingkod Bayani: Puso, Dangal, at Galing Para sa Bayan.”

In celebration of the 126th Philippine Civil Service Anniversary (PCSA), employees of the Local Government Unit of Kayapa, together with partner agencies from the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) – Kayapa and the Kayapa Police Station, came together for a Tree Planting Activity held today, September 8, 2026, at Mt. Yabnong, Ansipsip, Kayapa, Nueva Vizcaya.

Spearheaded by the Municipal Environment and Natural Resources Office (MENRO), the activity highlights the shared commitment of government workers and partner agencies to environmental stewardship, community responsibility, and sustainable development.

More than planting trees, the activity embodies the spirit of this year’s PCSA theme:
“Bawat Kawani, Lingkod Bayani: Puso, Dangal, at Galing Para sa Bayan.”

Through puso sa serbisyo, dangal sa tungkulin, at galing sa paglilingkod, the LGU Kayapa workforce and its partner agencies continue to demonstrate that public service extends beyond the workplace and into meaningful actions that benefit the community and future generations.

As part of the 126th Philippine Civil Service Anniversary (PCSA) 2026, the Human Resource Management Office (HRMO) of LGU Kayapa shared another simple token of appreciation with all employees of the Local Government Unit—a box of chocolates, given in addition to the free Civil Service Month shirt and bucket hat distributed earlier.

Anchored on this year’s theme, “Bawat Kawani, Lingkod Bayani: Puso, Dangal, at Galing Para sa Bayan,” this gesture recognizes and appreciates the dedication, commitment, and invaluable contributions of every employee in serving the people of Kayapa.

Though simple, these tokens carry a meaningful message of gratitude for our Lingkod Bayani who continue to serve with puso, dangal, at galing.

The Local Government Unit of Kayapa officially commenced the Civil Service Month Celebration cm LGU Kayapa Sportsfest 2026 on September 7, 2026, at the 5th Floor, Abong ni i-Kayapa, Pampang, Kayapa, Nueva Vizcaya.

The activity was gracefully attended by Atty. Glennson A. Dangis, Municipal Vice Mayor/Acting Mayor, together with the Sangguniang Bayan Members, LGU Kayapa employees, and employees from various National Government Agencies.
The opening program featured the energetic Yell Competition and Zumba Competition, the Hoisting of Team Banners, and the symbolic Lighting of the Torch, officially setting the spirit of camaraderie, teamwork, sportsmanship, and wellness for this year’s celebration.

Representing the unity and competitive spirit of the LGU workforce are the four teams:
🟢 Tugew Peak – Green
🔵 Kabo Peak – Blue
⚫ Kabuan Peak – Black
⚪ Sadjatan Peak – White

May this celebration continue to foster stronger camaraderie, promote a healthy and active workforce, and inspire everyone to uphold the values of excellence, teamwork, and dedicated public service.

The Local Government Unit of Kayapa officially kicked off the Civil Service Month Celebration 2026 through a Color Fun Run held on September 7, 2026, from Tidang Village to the Kayapa Municipal Hall.

Anchored on the 126th Philippine Civil Service Anniversary theme, “Bawat Kawani, Lingkod Bayani: Puso, Dangal, at Galing Para sa Bayan,” the activity promoted health, camaraderie, teamwork, and the spirit of public service among government employees.

Special thanks to the Mdrrmc Kayapa and the KAYAPA POLICE STATION for their valuable assistance in ensuring the safe and successful conduct of the activity.
