The Local Government Unit of Kayapa, under the leadership of Elizabeth D. Balasya, MD, MPH, -Municipal Mayor successfully celebrated the culminating activity of the Womenโs Month Celebration on March 25, 2026, held at the 5th Floor of Abong ni I-Kayapa, Pampang, Nueva Vizcaya.
The event featured an Acoustic Concert that fostered camaraderie and appreciation among women employees, alongside the conduct of the Employee Recognition Program, which honored the dedication, excellence, and outstanding contributions of LGU offices and personnels.
This meaningful celebration was organized and facilitated by the Human Resource Management Office (HRMO), reflecting the LGUโs continued commitment to recognizing its workforce and promoting a culture of inclusivity, empowerment, and excellence.
