The SK Federation of Kiamba officially announces the designation of Hon. MJ Oliver Fado, SK Federation Vice President, as the Officer-in-Charge (OIC) of the SK Federation of Kiamba from August 28 to September 7, 2026, during the official participation of the SK Federation President, Hon. Anthony Espinosa, in the 50th Ship for Southeast Asian and Japanese Youth Program (50th SSEAYP) Pre-Departure Training in Quezon City.

This temporary designation ensures the continuous, efficient, and effective delivery of youth programs, initiatives, and services across the 19 SK Units of Kiamba.

The 7th SK Federation of Kiamba, in partnership with the Local Youth Development Office (LYDO) โ€“ Kiamba, invites passionate Kiambataan to take part in an exciting journey of youth leadership, governance, and community development.

As outlined in Republic Act No. 10742 or the SK Reform Act of 2015, youth counterparts of local elective and appointive officials shall be elected from in-school and community youth residing in the concerned local government unit, aged 13โ€“17 years old, who meet the following:

1. Must belong to a student-led or youth-led organization.
2. Must be endorsed by the school head/principal, authorized representative, or organization president.
3. Must submit a profile or curriculum vitae.
4. Must be of good moral character, certified by the school head.
5. Must submit an application letter addressed to the Municipal Mayor through the Local Youth Development Office.
