-3,799 recruits for CANDIDATE SOLDIER COURSE (CSC)
Qualification:
1. At least 72 units in college or senior high school
graduate
2. Natural born Filipino Citizen
3. Single with no parental obligation
4. At least 5 feet tall (both Male & Female)
5. Physically and Mentally fit
6. At least 18 years old but not a day older than 26
upon oath-taking
7. No pending case in any court

-800 recruits for OFFICER CANDIDATE COURSE (OCC)
Qualification:
1. Baccalaureate degree holder
2. Natural born Filipino Citizen
3. At least 5 feet tall (both Male & Female)
4. Physically and Mentally fit
5. At least 20 years old but not a day older than 27
upon oath-taking
6. No pending case in any court

📢 PUBLIC ADVISORY

The Local Government of Kibawe informs the public that effective March 23, 2026, all offices under the LGU will implement a 4-Day Work Week Schedule, from Monday to Thursday, 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM, pursuant to Executive Order No. 14, Series of 2026.

This measure aims to support energy conservation efforts while ensuring efficient delivery of government services.

Essential offices such as Health Services, Disaster Response, and other critical units will continue to operate on their regular schedules to ensure uninterrupted public service.

We encourage everyone to be guided accordingly. Thank you for your cooperation.

Our Senior High School students took center stage as they actively participated in the Career Guidance Culmination, showcasing their enthusiasm in shaping their future paths!

The event was successfully held on February 3, 2026 at Kibawe National High School Main Campus and on February 20, 2026 at East Kibawe Covered Court.

The Career Development Service Program (CDSP) was successfully conducted by our PESO Manager, complemented by inspiring messages from guest speakers and lively performances by our talented students in their professional attire.

The Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE), through the National Labor Relations Commission (NLRC), reminded Filipino workers that they cannot be dismissed without valid legal grounds during an interview with NLRC Commissioner Hernan G. Nicdao in Radyo Pilipinas’ Global na tayo on February 02, 2026.

The advisory aligns with the directives of President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. to strengthen labor protections, expedite justice for workers, and uphold fairness in termination and separation cases.

Ang Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) nagpasidaan sa publiko batok sa mga indibidwal o grupo nga nagpakaaron-ingnon nga mga representante sa DOLE o ubang ahensiya sa gobyerno nga nagbuhat og dili awtorisadong pagrekrut, pagpanglista o pagpangolekta og bayad nga may kalabutan sa programa nga Tulong Panghanapbuhay para sa Ating Disadvantaged Workers (TUPAD).

𝐇𝐈𝐍𝐔𝐌𝐃𝐔𝐌𝐈:

• Awtorisadong personahe lamang sa DOLE, PESO o mga kaabag nga ahensiya ang adunay katungod sa pagpahigayon sa pagpanglista ug pagkuha sa impormasyon alang sa TUPAD.
• WALAY BAYAD ang aplikasyon ug profiling sa TUPAD.
• Ang sweldo sa TUPAD gibase sa minimum wage nga gipatuman sa rehiyon.

Kung aduna kamoy nahibaloan nga dili awtorisadong binuhatan nga may kalabutan sa programa nga TUPAD o uban pang mga programa sa DOLE, palihog ireport kini sa pinakaduol nga DOLE Office o bisitaha ang opisyal nga mga plataporma sa DOLE aron makuha ang husto ug kasaligan nga impormasyon.
