Way back on its first anniversary was held last January of 2017. The owner was a Billa- an Tribe Datu Tamo Chino Olarte Mamburam who designed the park, he is a former DILG/PNP Pilot and a Field Officer and was awarded as Best Senior Officer for Three (3) consecutive years from 2006, 2007 and 2008 at region 12 HQ, likewise , the latter is a former scholar of the Cultural Minorities formerly PANAMIN

,and now NCIP he gently designed the area by simply not to destroy the contour especially the trees, he initiated to plant more trees in the area because the latter is an environmentalist a natures lover in reality. The climbers den - he named after for the climbers who wants to see the beauty of Mt. Apo the highest peak of the Philippine archipelago - as the best resting place formed and designed conveniently by the owner in the foot hills of MT. APO wherein the latter lives in.
