The DARPO North Cotabato Support to Operations Division (STOD) personnel recently attended the seminar conducted by ATTY. RUSTAN JAY L. FAMADOR of the Legal Division.

The seminar focused on updating personnel with the latest DAR Administrative Orders and Issuances. By keeping our STOD team equipped and legally compliant, It will ensure the precise and efficient delivery of agrarian reform services.

Our Legal Team recently completed the Technical Legal Writing Training Program to our field implementors conducted by our very own Chief Legal Division, ATTY. RAZEL MAY M. RAMON-DUMANDAN.

This is to elevate the precision, clarity, and impact of our documentation to achieve better results and to prevent misinterpretation and mitigate legal risks in the implementation of Agrarian Laws, Rules and Procedures.
