Directing all public elementary and secondary schools within the Municipality of Kitcharao to shift to Modular Distance Learning/Blended Learning 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗮𝗳𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗼𝗼𝗻, 𝗔𝘂𝗴𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝟭𝟳, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗹 𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗿𝗼𝘄, 𝗔𝘂𝗴𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝟭𝟴, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲, due to the reported higher heat index in the Local Government Unit of Kitcharao.

However, 𝗶𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗲𝘅 𝗱𝗲𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗮 𝗹𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹 𝗱𝗲𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗱 𝘀𝗮𝗳𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗰𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘀, 𝗳𝗮𝗰𝗲-𝘁𝗼-𝗳𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝗰𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘀 𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗶𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗹𝘆 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘂𝗺𝗲, subject to the assessment and official announcement of the Local Government Unit and concerned school authorities.

The Municipality of Kitcharao, through the Sangguniang Bayan Office, informs the public that 𝐌𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐩𝐚𝐥 𝐎𝐫𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐍𝐨. 𝟏𝟒𝟑, 𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔, 𝐚𝐮𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐛𝐲 𝐇𝐨𝐧. 𝐉𝐞𝐟𝐟𝐫𝐞𝐲 𝐋𝐞𝐱 𝐋. 𝐍𝐮𝐞𝐯𝐚 and 𝐌𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐩𝐚𝐥 𝐎𝐫𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐍𝐨. 𝟏𝟒𝟓, 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔, 𝐚𝐮𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐛𝐲 𝐇𝐨𝐧. 𝐈𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐢𝐝 𝐄. 𝐀𝐫𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐮𝐞 have been reviewed and declared valid by the Sangguniang Panlalawigan of Agusan del Norte through SP Resolution Nos. 333-2026 and 334-2026, respectively.

These validated ordinances are now authorized for implementation, reinforcing the Municipality's commitment to public safety, peace and order, and the general welfare of the community.

We encourage all residents and motorists to familiarize themselves with and faithfully comply with these ordinances.

Another productive morning as the 42nd Regular Session of the Sangguniang Bayan of Kitcharao was successfully concluded yesterday, August 5, 2026, at the SB Session Hall, under the leadership of Presiding Officer and Municipal Vice Mayor Hon. Aristotle E. Montante.

Among the key agenda items discussed were proposed resolutions and measures aimed at preserving the municipality's historical heritage, strengthening public safety, enhancing nutrition program and granting the reaccreditation of a cooperative.

Present during the session were seven (7) Sangguniang Bayan Members:
