Another Milestone for the Province of South Cotabato!
A WORLD-CLASS STANDARD FOR SOUTH COTABATO!
We are proud to announce the official turnover of the Class 2 Athletics Facility Certificate (Construction Category V) from World Athletics for the South Cotabato Track and Field Oval!
This prestigious certification confirms that our athletics facility meets all technical requirements set by World Athletics rules, making it fully eligible and equipped to host world-class competitions and standard-setting performances.
This monumental milestone was made possible through the visionary leadership and initiative of Provincial Governor Reynaldo S. Tamayo Jr., alongside the dedicated efforts of Provincial Engineer Lloyd Esparagosa, who spearheaded the repair and upgrading of our Oval Track.
Thank you to everyone who worked tirelessly behind the scenes to make this project a success and empower our local athletes and bring world-class sporting events closer to home!
