NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC
Pursuant to Section 472 (b)(6) of Republic Act No. 7160, otherwise known as the Local Government Code of 1991, and in accordance with the provisions of Republic Act No. 12001, the Office of the City Assessor will conduct a Massive Tax Mapping Activity (OPLAN SUYOD) within the City of Koronadal.
This city-wide initiative aims to:
• Conduct actual field inspections and physical surveys of all real properties
• Verify and update property classifications, ownership, and improvements
• Identify newly constructed buildings and undeclared structures
• Ensure that all taxable properties are properly listed in the Assessment Roll
• Strengthen the accuracy and integrity of real property records
The activity will cover ALL BARANGAYS within the City of Koronadal and will be undertaken by authorized personnel from the Office of the City Assessor. Property owners, administrators, and actual occupants are respectfully requested to extend full cooperation by allowing access for inspection and by presenting relevant property documents, if necessary.
This undertaking forms part of the continuing efforts of the City Assessor to promote transparency, equitable real property taxation, and compliance with national valuation standards in preparation for the General Revision of Real Property Assessments.

Reminder: For a faster inspection process and conduct of Oplan Suyod, property owners are requested to prepare the following documents for reference, if applicable:
1. Photocopy of the Original Certificate of Title or Transfer Certificate of Title
2. Deed of Conveyance
3. Approved Subdivision Plan
4. Approved Building Plan
5. Identification Card of the DECLARANT (Declared Property Owner)

Alinsunod sa Seksyon 472 (b)(6) ng Republic Act No. 7160, na kilala bilang Local Government Code of 1991, at alinsunod sa mga probisyon ng Republic Act No. 12001, ang Tanggapan ng City Assessor ay magsasagawa ng Massive Tax Mapping Activity (OPLAN SUYOD) sa loob ng City of Koronadal.
Layunin ng programang ito na saklaw ang buong lungsod ang mga sumusunod:
• Magsagawa ng aktuwal na field inspection at pisikal na pagsisiyasat ng lahat ng real property
• Beripikahin at i-update ang klasipikasyon ng mga ari-arian, pagmamay-ari, at mga improvement
• Tukuyin ang mga bagong tayong gusali at mga estrukturang hindi pa naideklara
• Tiyakin na ang lahat ng napapailalim sa buwis na ari-arian ay maayos na nakatala sa Assessment Roll
• Palakasin ang katumpakan at integridad ng mga talaan ng real property
Sasaklawin ng aktibidad na ito ang LAHAT NG BARANGAY sa Lungsod ng Koronadal at isasagawa ng mga awtorisadong kawani mula sa Tanggapan ng City Assessor. Magalang na hinihiling sa mga may-ari ng ari-arian, administrador, at aktuwal na naninirahan na makipagtulungan nang lubos sa pamamagitan ng pagpapahintulot sa inspeksyon at pagharap ng mga kaugnay na dokumento ng ari-arian kung kinakailangan.
Ang gawaing ito ay bahagi ng patuloy na pagsisikap ng City Assessor na isulong ang transparency, makatarungang pagbubuwis sa real property, at pagsunod sa pambansang pamantayan sa valuation bilang paghahanda sa General Revision of Real Property Assessments.
Para sa mga katanungan at iba pang alalahanin, maaaring bumisita ang publiko sa Tanggapan ng City Assessor sa G/F New City Hall Building, Gensan Drive, Brgy. Zone III, Lungsod ng Koronadal o maaaring tumawag o mag-text sa +63 963 638 4972.
Paalala: Para sa mas mabilis na proseso ng inspeksyon at pagsasagawa ng Oplan Suyod, hinihiling sa mga may-ari ng ari-arian na ihanda ang mga sumusunod na dokumento bilang sanggunian, kung naaangkop:
1. Photocopy ng Original Certificate of Title o Transfer Certificate of Title
2. Deed of Conveyance
3. Approved Subdivision Plan
4. Approved Building Plan
5. Identification Card ng DECLARANT (Idineklarang May-ari ng Ari-arian)
