The Regional Conciliation and Mediation Branch XII (RCMB XII), in partnership with the Association of Industrial Peace AdvocatesโSOCCSKSARGEN (AIPA-SOX), successfully conducted the 3rd and final batch of the Area-Wide Webinar Series on June 4, 2026, carrying the theme:

The webinar gathered representatives from various companies and organizations from South Cotabato, Sultan Kudarat, and General Santos City, providing a platform for meaningful learning and collaboration in support of industrial peace and productive workplace relations.
The program commenced with a brief introduction to the National Conciliation and Mediation Board (NCMB) and its Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Programs, presented by Mr. Jack Ronan O. Bravante, Senior Labor and Employment Officer of RCMB XII. His presentation highlighted NCMB's mandate and key programs, emphasizing the importance of preventive mediation, conciliation, labor-management cooperation, and other non-adversarial mechanisms in promoting harmonious labor-management relations.
Participants likewise gained valuable insights from distinguished resource speakers who discussed timely and relevant workplace concerns:
