On August 6, 2026, RCMB Branch XII successfully conducted a Plant-Level Orientation Seminar (PLOS) at Ocean Deli Packaging Corp., Lot 19, Fish Port Complex, Tambler, General Santos City.

The orientation highlighted the programs of the National Conciliation and Mediation Board (NCMB) and its Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) mechanisms, with a focus on Labor-Management Cooperation (LMC) and Grievance Machinery (GM).
