𝗥𝗖𝗠𝗕 𝗫𝗜𝗜 𝗦𝘂𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗳𝘂𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗰𝗹𝘂𝗱𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝟯𝗿𝗱 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗕𝗮𝘁𝗰𝗵 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗔𝗿𝗲𝗮-𝗪𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝗪𝗲𝗯𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗿 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀

The Regional Conciliation and Mediation Branch XII (RCMB XII), in partnership with the Association of Industrial Peace Advocates–SOCCSKSARGEN (AIPA-SOX), successfully conducted the 3rd and final batch of the Area-Wide Webinar Series on June 4, 2026, carrying the theme:

𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗴𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗟𝗮𝗯𝗼𝗿-𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗥𝗲𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗦𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝗛𝗮𝗿𝗺𝗼𝗻𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗶𝗻 𝗥𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗫𝗜𝗜.

The webinar gathered representatives from various companies and organizations from South Cotabato, Sultan Kudarat, and General Santos City, providing a platform for meaningful learning and collaboration in support of industrial peace and productive workplace relations.

The program commenced with a brief introduction to the National Conciliation and Mediation Board (NCMB) and its Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Programs, presented by Mr. Jack Ronan O. Bravante, Senior Labor and Employment Officer of RCMB XII. His presentation highlighted NCMB's mandate and key programs, emphasizing the importance of preventive mediation, conciliation, labor-management cooperation, and other non-adversarial mechanisms in promoting harmonious labor-management relations.

Participants likewise gained valuable insights from distinguished resource speakers who discussed timely and relevant workplace concerns:

🔹 𝗘𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗴𝘆 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗲

Presented by Ms. Arianne Joy M. Monterde, Science Research Specialist I of the Department of Energy – Mindanao Field Office, who shared practical strategies for improving energy efficiency and fostering sustainability initiatives within organizations.

🔹 𝗚𝘂𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗔𝗱𝗼𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝗔𝗹𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗔𝗿𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀

Presented by Mr. Joemi B. Pascasio, Senior Labor and Employment Officer of DOLE XII – Technical Support and Services Division, who discussed the policy guidelines and best practices for implementing alternative working arrangements that balance organizational efficiency and employee welfare.

As the culminating installment of the webinar series, the activity reaffirmed the shared commitment of employers, workers, and government partners to strengthen labor-management relations and build resilient, productive, and harmonious workplaces throughout Region XII.

RCMB XII extends its sincere appreciation to AIPA-SOX, the resource speakers, participating companies, and all stakeholders who contributed to the success of this learning initiative.

𝐓𝐈𝐍𝐆𝐍𝐀𝐍 | Labor Advisory No. 09, Serye ng 2026 – Pagbabayad ng Sahod sa ika-27 ng Mayo 2026 (Eid'l Adha) - Regular Holiday
Sa pagdiriwang ng Eid'l Adha, isang regular holiday, pinaaalalahanan ng Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) ang lahat ng mga employer na sumunod sa mga patakaran ng tamang pasahod ngayong araw.
Para sa mga empleyado, tinitiyak nito na sila ay mabibigyan ng tamang kabayaran sa ngayong araw. Sila ay may karapatang tumanggap ng 100% ng kanilang arawang sahod kahit hindi pumasok, basta’t sila ay pumasok o nasa aprubadong leave na may bayad sa araw ng trabaho bago ang holiday. Samantala, ang mga papasok sa araw ng holiday ay may karapatang tumanggap ng 200% ng kanilang regular na arawang sahod.
