MULTI-TOPIC CHALLENGE

QUESTION 2 – SPORTS. Which prominent Filipino tennis star is looking forward to another memorable stint with the Philippine team?

QUESTION 3 – FOOD & LIFESTYLE. According to an article by Eric Nicole Salta, Manila-based restaurant El Born teamed up with Siargao’s Roots to create a unique limited-edition cheesecake featuring mango, cheese, and which popular sea grapes abundant in Siargao waters?

1. FIRST TO ANSWER WINS! Visit the NDSSM-LRC and find the featured articles in today’s Philippine Daily Inquirer (PDI). Read the articles carefully and fill in the answers.
2. SUBMIT YOUR ANSWERS! Post your answers in the Facebook comment section, together with the specific section and page number of the PDI where you found each clue. (Make sure to strike a pose with the PDI for your photo!)
3. GET YOUR ANSWERS VALIDATED! Wait for the LRC to check your answers. The first student to submit all three correct answers, along with the correct section and page references, wins a prize!

Today, as we celebrate the Feast of the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary on this 8th day of September 2026, we joyfully honor the dawn of our salvation through your birth.

We gather in prayer before you. Intercede for families struggling with high costs, protect our communities from storms, and grant our leaders wisdom amid division.

Wrap us all in your maternal mantle, guiding our hearts closer to Jesus.

Happy Birthday, Mama Mary! We love you and thank you for being our loving Mother. Amen.

A Heartfelt Thank You to NDSSM Alumna, Atty. Carol Salvatierra!

We are deeply honored and grateful to receive a copy of "Himbon: Contemporary Ilonggo Artists - The Art Book," generously given by our very own alumna, Atty. Carol Salvatierra (NDMG, Batch 1995), President of the Contemporary Ilonggo Artists, 2025-26.

This magnificent publication features a rich collection of pieces, artworks, and creative expressions by various talented artists including Atty. Carol. It is a wonderful addition to our Learning Resource Center and will surely inspire our students and community.

Thank you, Atty. Carol, for giving back to your alma mater. May you continue your passion for the arts, and may you be blessed with more success and creativity in your future endeavors. We are so proud of you!

Notre Dame-Siena School of Marbel now opens the 𝐍𝐃𝐒𝐒𝐌 𝐅𝐮𝐥𝐥-𝐑𝐢𝐝𝐞 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐆𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐭 for incoming Senior High School students!

We offer a minimal tuition fee of ₱𝟓,𝟎𝟎𝟎 𝐩𝐞𝐫 𝐬𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥 𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫 to qualified and deserving incoming Senior High School students committed to pursuing academic excellence and holistic development.
