In response to recent reported incidents of shooting and other security concerns involving students in schools, the ๐๐ผ๐บ๐บ๐ถ๐๐๐ฒ๐ฒ ๐ผ๐ป ๐ฃ๐ฒ๐ฎ๐ฐ๐ฒ ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ ๐ข๐ฟ๐ฑ๐ฒ๐ฟ, headed by ๐๐ผ๐ป. ๐๐น๐ฒ๐
๐. ๐ฃ๐ฎ๐ป๐ด๐ฎ๐ป๐ถ๐ฏ๐ฎ๐ป, together with the ๐๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ฎ๐ป๐ด๐ฎ๐ ๐ฃ๐ฒ๐ฎ๐ฐ๐ฒ๐ธ๐ฒ๐ฒ๐ฝ๐ถ๐ป๐ด ๐๐ฐ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป ๐ง๐ฒ๐ฎ๐บ (๐๐ฃ๐๐ง) ๐ ๐ฒ๐บ๐ฏ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐, and Marbel School of Science and Technology(MSST) Criminology Intern Students, conducted a ๐ฆ๐ฐ๐ต๐ผ๐ผ๐น ๐ฆ๐ฎ๐ณ๐ฒ๐๐ ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ ๐ฆ๐ฒ๐ฐ๐๐ฟ๐ถ๐๐ ๐๐ฟ๐ถ๐น๐น ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ ๐ข๐ฟ๐ถ๐ฒ๐ป๐๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป early this morning as part of the National Simultaneous Active Shooting Drill.
The activity was participated in by the students, teachers, and staff of DepEd RXII Marbel 5 National High School, DepEd RXII Marbel 5 Central Elementary School, Notre Dame of San Jose, Inc., and DepEd RXII Supon Elementary School.
The drill and orientation aimed to strengthen awareness, preparedness, and coordinated response among the school community in the event of an active shooting or other emergency security situations. Participants were oriented on the importance of remaining calm, following established safety protocols, staying vigilant, and knowing the appropriate actions to take during emergencies.
This initiative reflects the continued commitment of Barangay San Jose to work hand-in-hand with our schools and partner responders in promoting a safe, secure, and child-friendly learning environment.
The safety and protection of our learners is a shared responsibility. Through preparedness, vigilance, coordination, and cooperation, we can help ensure that our schools remain places where every child can learn without fear.
